First timer here, looking any advice, starting 2nd cycle.

Well, since no one has gotten back with you I suppose I'll just give you the rundown.

I understand totally that there are loads of different philosophies regarding PCT here on Ology, old and new. So I'll just give you what I'm planning on taking for the end of my Test E cycle.

Week 1 - Clomid (Day 1 - 300mg) 100mg ED (Everyday)
Week 2 - Clomid 100mg ED
Week 3 - Clomid 50mg ED
Week 4 - Clomid 50mg ED

I have Nolva on hand as well just like you, but only plan on using it if I need it.

Edit : I have no experience with the other substances or experience planning for the use of the other substances you've been taking. So I'm really unsure about exactly what you will need. Hopefully someone else chimes in.

You need to run both clomid and nolva together for PCT. They work better together. And I typically do not see people start with such a high dose of clomid for PCT.

I've seen other post that say to do it the same way. Day 1 start very high, then slowly lower it as time goes. I have no idea whats right and whats not though.

I do plan to use both Clomid and Nolva.
 
Start a new PCT thread or just read the ones other guys have posted asking for PCT advice. It might be hard given how long this thread has run for someone else to come in now and provide PCT advice.

Tim, I want to apologize. I'm looking in my journal of my week by week plan for PCT and it says 50mg ED for the entire 4 weeks. Disregard my last post about the 300mg blast, and the 100mg ED for the first two.

So, stick with 50mg weeks 1-4 of your PCT.

As for Nolva, EDIT : 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg ED

If Mega says to run both, run both. And so I'm making adjustments to my own PCT because of this thread now. Learn something everyday.

i didnt read all of the replys here because i was too impatient to answer, but did anyone realize his pinning frequency is way off? tren acetate every 4 days? you need to change up alot of your pinning frequency and the dosage should be written out in mg per week. yes i can do the simple math to figure it out but thats how u should look at the situation
 
double post- shame on me.. look up each ester.. stable blood levels is the ultamite goal... so u want to pin rougly around half the time of the half life to help maintain that goal.... please find the half life of each ester in your cycle

So I've been away for a while. Had some living arrangement issues.

So I went off everything. During the last 2 weeks of being on the cycle I started having some limp dick issues. It sucked. Had to get some damn Viagra. My back also broke out pretty bad, but its starting to clear up now.

I went off everything for 3 weeks, using only HCG and Arimidex. Then I started PCT, taking 100mg Clomid, 40mg Nolva for the first 2 weeks and the last 2 weeks I've been taking 50mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva.

Im on my last week of PCT. Im starting to get my motivation back and my moods getting better.

Now Im trying to figure out when its safe to go back on. I wanted to run Test and maybe Tren.

Time On + PCT = Time Off

Nope. 12 weeks + PCT # of weeks = more than 12 weeks off. Take the 12 and add in the number of weeks to get Time Off. Pretty simple formula.

Yeah... So I was off for 3 weeks, then I did 4 weeks of PCT (I actually have 4 more days to go), so now 12 more weeks, right? So a total of 19 weeks off.

Sounds like you are saying that from your first injection to the end of PCT, 19 weeks will have passed. Therefore, you need to wait at least 19 weeks after PCT ends before starting another cycle. You will of course want to make sure all your next pre-cycle blood work looks good before starting another cycle as well.
 
So Ive been off for around 4 months now. Got one more week to go. So I'll be getting blood work done within a week. I feel like Im back to normal. Acne on my back has cleared up, my dick is functioning properly, which Ive been pretty excited about. Everything feels to be back to how it was before, so hopefully my blood work comes back okay.

Im thinking about doing 500 of Test and 300 of Tren per week. I want to make sure Im doing this correctly this time, to prevent from my estrogen getting as high as it did the last time. My body fat is around 13% now. Been working pretty hard with a strict diet to get that down.

I want to make sure Im doing everything right this time. I wasnt using HCG or Arimadex in the beginning last time.
