first tren ace cycle log while on trt.

Did a little bit of research on masteron annnnd don't think I'll be adding that to this cycle. One reason I'm keepi g my dose small is so i DONT have a bunch of sides to deal with. I don't want to have to add another compound to combat one compound that my body is having a tough time dealing with. Follow. Well the way that statement was put to me made better sense coming from T but i think it made sense. Keep doses small but enough that they have a desired effect. Deal with sides when they come up tho....for sure. When next cycle comes I'm sure tren dose will be bigger. I'm not in contest prep or anything. More like bulking up so when sprig comes I can cut down a bit n have a nice beach body for the girlys during summer :-)

Tren may suppress t3..I don t study or tweak my thyroid but I do know when I do tren..I can "fast" a little for 4-5 day s and see a difference. 2 weeks I see ab s in abdomen..but I don t do hungry.

What do u mean by fast a little T? Do u actually not eat for a few days?? Or just eat light??
Yea, dbol always bloats me but as soon as I'm off it, it's like in two days I've pissed it all out...not bloated anymore. Crazy.
 
OH NO by fast I meant eat sensibly..no mayo on my boiled egg s, no burger s or fried chicken or mashed potatoe s with butter. If I eat clean for 2 weeks and do 45 ms cardio instead of my usual 20 e time I train...on tren...the fat seem s to melt. I been off for awhile ( my bp s spiking e d due to shit in my life) and my lower back and belly disgust me right now.

oh well...can t be just "right" all the time...getting sloppy s best way to get motivated.

And of course I'm seeing your post right after I just got done eating 2 greasy ass hamburgers! Yeah, I ccould def use to clean up my diet some, especially whilst on this tren blast. I'll take the tip bro. U ain't steered me wrong so far. I would like to cut up some during this blast so why not. I was under somewhat of an impression I could eat a bit more sloppy while on tren. Sounds like not tho.
 
Ok so scratch my last thought(s). Lol. Sometimes I'm just a bit tempted to dive in on all the damn yummy goodies my lady has around here for herself and the kiddos but I will refrain.
So as I already stated, within the first four to five days of this blast I gained about 4-5 lbs water obviously. My question to you guys is: if I want to stay about the weight I'm at but loose some bf & gain some muscle at the same time willmi just have to cut my fat/carb intake down and up the protein intake? Is it that simple? I know diet is, as 3J says, 80% of what makes my physique what I want it to be. Whoever can give me some guidance here I'd appreciate it.

I can deal with all the sides sans insomnia. I sleep terrible as it is. How bad is the tren-somnia? How do you cope with?

It's not good buddy, I'm the same, I'm an anxious person at the best of times - Tren killed me....

If you are thinking of your 1st run, I'd do it in the winter, and I'd make sure you are in the right frame of mind.

Treat Tren with the respect it deserves!

I'd reconsider that...

Masteron is my favorite compound, I love the feeling of vitality and well-being it gives me, and it's synergy with Tren and Test is like no other....

Wait til your D'Bol is done, and give yourself time to think about it...

I really do NOT understand people, who are willing to inject exogenous hormones into their body and spend the copious amounts of cash they cost - without running a tight ship with the diet!

Come on man.... if your gains are shoddy at the end of the run, are you gonna blame the Tren? The D'Bol perhaps? Or the Test?

I've alwAys heard it is healthy to change it up once in a while. You know, give your system a break from a strict diet schedule. Correct me if I'm wrong tho. Asking for a bit of guidance here. Still learning bro...thnx.
 
Btw, I'm only 8 days into this blast and I DO plan to reach my goals. With a little help from my friends. If you r genetically gifted sometimes it helps to put yourself in the shoes of the "not so much". I was a skinny kid growing up and today every bit of muscle I have I've worked for. Like I stated before I'm not in contest prep, just trying to tighten up what I have now n add some muscular thickness.

You're fortunate, as it looks like you're bulking, so those extra calories aint gonna kill you - but if this was a cut, you'd need to stick to the dietary plan to the letter, barring the odd clean reefed once every 3 or 4 weeks - providing you've earned it!
 
Ok ok, and thanks for the heads up brother. I didn't know it was all like that. Your saying one cheat meal every 3-4 weeks for a cut!? Dang! That's serious. I ain't doubting you, don't take me wrong. Well I do plan to cut down but mainly on the last half of this blast. The last 4 weeks that is. Dbol is only for the first four weeks. So from your experience is that realistic? I was planning, not sure yet, but to up the tren for the last half of this blast say to 75mg eod or 100. Thoughts? Remeber, my ago is where I'm at now so id be cutting down pretty much from that but will probably have gained a few more lbs by then.
 
Then again, I know you don't believe in cutting during a blast cycle or right after a cycle from what I've read before from you. You rather wait until after pct or a seprate cycle just for a cut, right?
 
Thanks for the input tho BB. I'm pretty much the 40 yr old that a) likes to be healthy for myself, family, kids. b) my wifey likes my physique so I'd like to keep it nice for her same, I love her, what can I say. And c) working out is my hobby now a days, yeah it's pretty much replaced some bad hobbies, to say the least, that I used to partake in. Why steroids one may ask? Well after years of drug abuse I was left with a lot of different issues like ed, no libido, etc. So I got with a Dr and started TRT. And I like to explore, still like to be my best and still have an obsessive compulsive personality. That's just me.
 
Soldier I can share what work s for me and how but BB s a Nation Comp. And if your running tren remember it does lean u out so do not wash that away with greasey burgers but don t operate in a caloric deficit either....feed the machine with good gas. NOONE run s nitrous on 86 octane.

And like BB and I agree...we re both a bit high strung so with all the extraneous stress on me till it s f k n done...tren s not on the horizon till my stuff is done with....
 
Gotcha brother T! Yes BB is one built SOB. (BB, I say that with all.do respect). That's what I needed tho was to hear that I have no place eating that shit while on this stuff, tren. U bet I won't be anymore, at least for the next 7 weeks, lol. Serious. Guidance I asked for n guidance I got. That's why I love 'ology! Thank again guys..
