Ok ok, and thanks for the heads up brother. I didn't know it was all like that. Your saying one cheat meal every 3-4 weeks for a cut!? Dang! That's serious. I ain't doubting you, don't take me wrong. Well I do plan to cut down but mainly on the last half of this blast. The last 4 weeks that is. Dbol is only for the first four weeks. So from your experience is that realistic? I was planning, not sure yet, but to up the tren for the last half of this blast say to 75mg eod or 100. Thoughts? Remeber, my ago is where I'm at now so id be cutting down pretty much from that but will probably have gained a few more lbs by then.

Yes mate, if you are cutting seriously - discipline and willpower are key... I have the stage lights to keep me focused on this cut, and right now I'm ahead of schedule, so I can factor in a couple of clean refeeds in a week or so (that will be purely doubling my carbs for a day - still clean carbs though) - I have all the time in the world for dirty food once the cut is complete and the show is over.

You're correct, I'm not a fan of trying to recomp the body all in one cycle -I feel that you are better served having one goal - and cycling specifically for that one goal...

ie:

bulk on a calorific surplus - with appropriate compounds - and training methods - no cv.

cut on a calorific deficit - with appropriate different compounds - different training protocols - add in cv if required.

Two totally separate missions - with different methods to attain success....

This way you are much more likely to achieve something - rather than nothing.
 
I appreciate the insight BB! Coming from You, you can trust I'll be writing this down, taking note for future blasts & such. I need all the help I can get. Up to when I got on this site a few years back I was just winging it in the gym and diet also. I've only started to scratch the surface of the wealth of knowledge that can be found on this site....and I love it man!! I've made more and better gains in the last few years than ever before. Keep it coming guys....lol. Thanks!!!
 
Main sides are sweats, although I sweat a lot naturally, but I do notice more so plus middle of the nite waking up n my mattress set from sweating. Also some moderate insomnia, not bad...more like bearable. Still getting sleep in other words. I have prami on hand but would like to find caber as I heard it was easier on ya. Never heard about masteron for sides, I'll have to research that. How about your cycle, Golfer, is it going well? Are you still on?

the trensomnia is moderate on for me as well. I combat it with sleeping meds but I still get rough nights here and there

How r your gains coming along? As expected? I'm looking forward to after the dbol run is over so I can see where my gains are really at. Dbol always gives me water weight even with ai at a good level
 
For instance, my arms which are generally, not big::-( , are actually swelling up some. We will see if it lasts after the dbol or if they deflate, lol. Of course this IS my first tren run all sooooo maybe I'll finally have me some meathooks after all is said n done...lol. BE OPTIMISTIC;-)

tren kicks in pretty quick, why did you decide to run dbol?

i feel that i turned a corner after week 4 when i bumped up to 75mg eod.

ive put on some a bit of mass but ive leaned out mostly. i see my gains in the mirror more than feeling them in the gym. i really need a strong pre-workout to get going

ill be running another mid may. this time ill start out at 75mg eod and possibly bump it to 100mg eod. i also intend on adding masteron or proviron
 
I'd reconsider that...

Masteron is my favorite compound, I love the feeling of vitality and well-being it gives me, and it's synergy with Tren and Test is like no other....

Wait til your D'Bol is done, and give yourself time to think about it...


because of the synergy the masteron creates, how would one properly dose masteron with tren?
 
Cool pumps are serious. Hell, I swear my jaws even get pumped when I eat steam or something like that that I have to chew on slot, lol..no shot, crazy pumps! Usually only ever run dbol for first 4 weeks or less. Now that I see how tren a kicks in I prolly won't use it with another tren blast.
 
Idk, the more I hear about n research on this mast.....maybe some day down the road, next tren blast maybe add it in...idk. I'll keep researching and learning until then about it n see . never say never.
 
I dont know how I missed this.. Your gonna love the ace.. I run the combo ace and E.. EP has some of the best tren I ran to date..This ace is one of the few that has me coughing up a storm..
How do you feel on the dbol? feeling full?

Haha...it's the tren, I swear to you some people it turns them into a raging animal.... my one buddy when he takes it he's absolutely out of control me on the other hand I do notice an increase, but when I add mast or proviron, forget it man its way out of control and actually very uncomfortable because nothing can relieve or satisfy my sexual appetite...
 
Well fellers, I do believe I'm falling in love with this blast, these compounds. Back day and I usually just do body weight pull ups a few sets of 10 to start off with. Today I got a'll hulk n hung a ten lb plate from my belt:-) cranked out 10 then 8 then switched to a 5 lb plate n cranked a out another 10! Yeeaah boooyy! Nice ego boost, lol. Now I look forward to see what I can pull off on chest day. This is the first real strength gain I've seen to speak of. Day 9 of blast. It starts. Now I know these are kiddy weights guys but let me have my little parade...lol. I figure I'll keep adding weight each week to see what I can do. It's amazing how it really didn't feel much harder to pull off than just body weight pull ups. ;-)
