Im about to start a new job in a few days which is basically construction and also requires me to wake up early. Im thinking of getting my workouts in before I go since when I get back Ill be much more worn out then if Id just woke up. BUt the thing is I HATE working out in the morning, Im still half asleep for a few hours, also I feel I wont have as much energy since I can only get one good meal in before I go workout. ANy tips?

Ive been trying to get adjusted to waking up in the morning all my life! Still havent. Mornings SUCK!!!!
Good luck but there aint a chance in hell icould work out in the morning.

Try what Easto said though.

i already wake up on my own 100% ed just from getting hungry from not eating a few hours, so thats when I get a shake or bar in. And for breakfest thats exactly what I was thinking, baked potatoe with some fat free cheese, protien shake in skim milk and, some fruit, and some coffee to help me wake up.

i think its more a mind set than anything.
I usually hit the gym about 5.15am. Its definitely an effort to begin with, but once you are a few sets in and you got your blood pumping, you'll be sweet

I always heard lifting in the morning is bad. Something about the fluid that accumulates in your spinal discs while sleeping. Leaves you more prone to back injuries, especially when squating.

I think you are just as worn out at the end of the day when you train in the morning.
Just train in the evening. And when you’re really tired, take a day rest.

i work out in the morning... i usually take 50mg of effedrine hcl with a cup of black coffee on the way to the gym... it helps wake me up as well as burn some fat off

also warm up with 10 to 15 minutes at 60-70% of your max heart beat (220 - your age) and you should be ready to go

remember to eat or drink your protein shake right after, i would assume effedrine along with a big workout in the morning without any calories would make your body very catabolic

My problem isn't the actual working out in the morning, it's the actual getting up that I can't do. I can't get into a rythym of going to bed early and getting up to train early, which I have to with my new job, it's wrecking my training lately.

this definatly sucks, I decided to workout at the end of the day when Im tired as fuck, so I go to do my first set after I warm up.... I grab the 120s and do incline presses, instead my usual 9-10 i got 3. I just left right after that. Im gonna try to hit the gym before work. This is actually really worrying my since I have no other alternatives, and I wont give up training for anything.... but I dont want my workouts to suck.

I just take 4mg twice a day. Don't see a need for any more.

im on albuterol inhalation...so what exactly does it do? I was under the influence it was a steroid, but didnt really affect your body in any way that would benefit training.

Good for fat loss and pre-workout energy boost. Helps retain muscle mass according to some, but I've never been too keen on using fat burners to maintain muscle mass. Sort of like the whole BS clen for post cycle ideas.

i [/B]HATE working out at night...i'd rather wake up at 3 o'clock then be dragg assin it at 7 at night

haha then youd hate workin out with me i go at 9 at night. can i just ask the doc about liquid albuterol...everyone says its easy when you go talk to the doc to get things.. i always try to persuade doctors into something, and they never give it to me...im already on albuterol, what can i say about gettin liquid that would make them give it to me?
