TRUE! His quads were explosive. I do remeber readin in ARnies book that front's were pretty crucial to his leg develovement and im sure lot's of test, lol
So do u guys usually just throw in a few sets of fronts on top of your reg squat workout or alternate fronts 1wk, squats next, etc.?? I need all the pointers i can get when it comes to working out my legs.

i dont do front squats i do bottom up zerchers. =0l
couple sets of 5 is what i noramlly do on them. or i may do them as my main movement on dead day and then do another posterior movement for high reps as an assistance movement. depends on how im feeling.
just try them and see how it goes. everyone if different. you may overtrain or you may need more than this. only one way to find out.
