Getting Ripped with 3Js

So I'm one week into a 3Js plan and as of last Thurs I'd already lost an inch from my waist-line (swear to God). Goals are to keep (and even gain) lean mass while burning body fat. Impossible? Apparently not :)

Energy is more consistent and better overall than when I'd been running Keto and the variety of foods I get to eat is a nice change-up also.

Looking forward to my weigh-in and pics tomorrow morning!

Weighed-in last Thurs 05 April, one more pound down and another .5 inches from my stomach at the belly button :)

Abs are more pronounced now also. So far loving the results!

Traveled this weekend but managed to stay on the plan (wasn't easy...people look at yu funny when you go into one of those Burrito Joe places and just order a bowl of chicken and guacamole ;)

Next weigh-in and measurement in two days.

And another .5 inches lost from the stomach at the belly button & another .5 Lbs of scale weight lost while keeping muscle! Strength in the gym is great, perhaps even improving. Biggest change for me? SLEEP. I'd been battling insomnia like it was the Devil himself and since starting the 3J's plan I've actually been able to fall asleep and stay asleep for more than 90 minutes at at stretch :)

Weighed-in this morning, fasted state as always.

Dropped another 2 lbs of scale weight and lost another .5 inches off my stomach at the navel :)

Interestingly enough, my thighs grew a half-inch (thank God for squatting!) which is encouraging as my goal is to lean-out but not to lose size (and in fact to try to GAIN mass in my lower body...not an easy task ;)

So far, loving the 3Js plan!

One pound up at weigh-ins this morning (water weight I'm guessing as I've been spot-on with the diet) and added nearly a half-inch to my biceps and forearms :)

Up a half-inch at the navel but I suspect this is due to my heavy ab workout yesterday (bit of a carry-over pump perhaps).

Energy still good and strength in the gym remains solid. 'Mirror Satisfaction' (basically how I feel when I look at those weigh-in pics) is good too :)

Looking forward to weigh-ins in a couple of days, want to get that water weight back off!

Scale weight holding, lost another .2 from my stomach at my navel & abs still showing up nicely. 3Js guesstimates me at around 12% BF. I'm going to test with calipers tomorrow morning upon awakening.

Nice man congrats keep up the great work keep us posted I'll b following your log these type of results inspire me to keep dieting as well. Again congrats and keep up the great work. Some before and after pics would be cool later on. Good luck.

I just signed up. I am 70 pounds overweight and look forward to 3J getting my ass in shape.

His program is getting me to where I want to be: single digit body fat. I'd like to see what that looks like on me for a while, feel how hard it is to maintain, etc.

What I'm most impressed with is that following 3Js advice I've been able to keep the muscle mass and lose the fat. I didn't want to get smaller / be skinny, I wanted to lean-out and he's taking me there :)
 
I'm with Maximus as well, the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) treatment plus the Modified Carb Cyle program will get me down relatively fast and hopefully add a couple pounds of muscle. I respond quickly to lowering carbs.

Not to mention how professional he is. I was communicating hours after his business hours, with a minute turn around. I'm excited and it is worth twice as much.
