So I'm one week into a 3Js plan and as of last Thurs I'd already lost an inch from my waist-line (swear to God). Goals are to keep (and even gain) lean mass while burning body fat. Impossible? Apparently not 
Energy is more consistent and better overall than when I'd been running Keto and the variety of foods I get to eat is a nice change-up also.
Looking forward to my weigh-in and pics tomorrow morning!
