Here's a good first cycle for you:

Weeks 1-16: Test Enan @2g/week
Weeks 1-8: DBol @ 100mg/day
Weeks 1-18: Tren @200mg EOD
Weeks 17-18: Test Prop @300mg EOD
 
youre an attractive woman. but i dont understand how seeing your face will give us an idea of rather you should juice or not. i dont understand why you would consider, especially all the reading im sure youve done on the side effects in women. is this for real or is it that you want to show ur face. lets see your body and structure. and maybe i can tell you if its worth it. r u gonna compete. if not just workout and eat right. dont fuck up a good thing.
 
THANKS GUYS SO MUCH, i will just stay focused and not take anything just clen 2 weeks on two weeks off!! my diet is top notch and my work out scheldule is 6 days a week morning cardio 45 minutes then different body part each day with weights i train twice!! i keep cardio seperate from weights so typically 630am cardio then back again at 930am for weights!! i eat six small meals a day!! would you like me to tell you the diet!!its good
 
Post it, its sounds like your on the right track just stay focused and I'm sure with your hard work you'll reach you're goals.

I'd go with the Tren Ed instead of EOD, lol. :p
 
I wouldn't take any steroids, because you are already damn hot (9.6 out of 10 for me). If you have to take any, I would try no more than 5mg of anavar per day. This should be done only for 5 weeks max. I don't think you should do that though. Steroids have permanent side effects...which guys would find disgusting.


if anything take clen.

I would even stay away from that because clen has some permanent side effects regarding the heart etc.

I don't use clen.


Diet and excercise is the most important thing. I can get ripped (VERY low body fat %) just by manipulated diet.

800am 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop protein (i mix it all together and that makes a damn good pancake)
930am weights
11am shake after gym
1230 4 oz cod or chicken with brocolli, and 3/4 cup brown rice
330pm SAME
630 4 OZ CHkn or cod with just vegies
830pm 3 egg whites or scoop of protein!!
I work out six days a week, mondays is bi and tri
tuesday chest and shoulders
wednesday legs and back
thursday bi and tri
friday back and shoulders
saturday legs
sunday OFF
 
You might look into some hGH at a fat loss dose. Of course we'll need to see a nude photo to determine if this is necessary,LOL. Don't use steroids for a goal of losing fat unless you have significant muscle that needs sparing.

That is absolutely retarded. The girl said she wants to drop a couple pounds, and your answer is growth hormone? How bout diet and a treadmill, maybe some weight lifting. I mean, dont boter trying that, or even some OTC diet pills, go right for the growth hormone why not.

Thats high training volume for males and too high for females, you are probably overtraining depending on your intensity. Just out of curiosity, do you work?

after seeing her routine i kind of felt the same thing. it seems obsessive. seems to over-doing it quite a bit. looking at the picture i couldnt imagine her being overweight. i know a couple of chics who r gorgeous and in great shape and they always want to lose a few more. give it a rest. chill out cuz theres a point when training should be enjoyable and not obssesive. all of the working out 6 days ew will take its toll on you physically and mentally. im no shrink but if your body looks like i think it does and youre still trying to lose, i think youre heading in the wrong direction.
