Our very own Senior Moderator, Needsize, is competing in his first bodybuilding competition in Brantford Ontario tomorrow. As most of you know he has put up tons of progress pics for us to look at and his transformation has been incredible.

Lets all wish him good luck for his show tomorrow and show him our support.

Unfortunately I cannot make it. I have a couple clients I need to sign up tomorrow at the office but I do wish I could have made an appearance so that I could show my support for Needsize. I know Fyre will be there and I believe Doggy from RippedCanadians & CompetitiveMuscle will also be there.
