i think im going to do a 4 week cycle of h-drol starting 2 weeks before with milk thistle and hawthorne berry... i have never done PH or AAS before and wanted to take this to boost my gains a little. any thoughts on h-drol/ experiences with it??? im at 20 percent bf right now 5'9 180 lbs.. will my bf affect my gains at all?

also what about something like animal stak??? or even more basic just a natty test booster like Stoked? i NEED to do a cycle of something just to boost my self esteem as i havnt put on any mass in about 2 months..
 
Make sure you have post cycle therapy (pct) set up however at 20% bf you would look and feel better if you brought that down first.

Also just looked at you times between posts, relax a little.
 
yeh i think i saw that.. ive been searching it pretty much all day and i always end up convincing myself out of doing any supp by bedtime lol
 
Throw it away and learn how to diet. No offense, but starting anything at 20% is bad news. Especially something that seems to have all the sides but half the gains of real AAS.
 
clean up your diet and throw in some cardio. lower your bf% first, you'll feel way better when you start seeing some cut! It'll also boost your cofidence/ self esteem. Gotta work for it bro.
 
I hate h-drol I ran 3 bottles of it in 6 weeks with normal gains.
I liked stacking x-tren and p-plex together that was the shit.
 
i do 50 minutes of cardio 5x a week and lift everyday exept sunday.. im not fat anywhere exept for my stomach and thats genetic.. so since theres no spot reduction on fat loss in order for my stomach to get smaller every other part of my body would lose some serious muscle and make me look like twigman.. id much rather be at 20 % than be at 10% with abs and a flat chest and twig arms.
 
what's your diet look like?

BCAA's (branched chain amino acids) should help you keep gains while slimming down too.

Also, lifting 6 days a week? You might be overtraining.

Where did u get your bf% tested cause dude, if this is your most rescent pic, u do not look like 20% more like 12%-14%, with clean diet and aminos u should hit single digits quick.

No ones telling you to burn muscle and when you do the cardio it will burn it from the guy as well. Also your not seeing any muscle gains as you 6X a week lifting program is making you way over trained. Go to a 2 on 1 off or even 1 on 1 off and hit each body part once every 6 or 7 days.
 
yeh that is a pretty recent picture and my bathroom scale says im at 22 percent.. but anyway i did a real clean diet and took aminos and i lost some weight but i always get paranoid that im losing muscle mass so i hop off the diet and start a bulking program..if only i could go back in time and just start off at a low bf it would be so much easier now..
 
I know man, I've been cutting down this past month, I think the same way, but you have to stick with it. You might loose a very small percentage of mass but mostly fat. It just appears that way cause fat comes off of everywhere not certain spots, thats why you think you're losing muscle. Keep eating clean and take your aminos before and after your workout. Once you start seeing new cuts, it'll be all worth it.
 
yea bro dont be afraid to get on that stairmaster-it will burn the most calories and give you tree trunks for legs.
