HCG E3D or E4D while on TRT....does it matter ?

I'm on 80 mg of T E3D and 500 i.u. E3D HCG. I want to maintain Sperm Count as much as possible while on TRT. Doc advised 1200 i.u. per week split into EOD shots. The HCG/T shot days are not on same day. HCG is usually a day before or after T shot.
Just wanted to know if I can do HCG E4D or leave as is E3D ?

I just do both every 3.5 days, so it's twice a week. It's been working very well for me. I do HCG the day before my T shot.

I am on 160 mg/week of Test Cyp and 600IU's HCG/week and my TT is at 560. (I am at 370 lbs but working to get it lower) Sadly my doctor will not increase my dosage because my Free T is at 18, he says that if he increases my dosage any that my Free T will go over 20 and they will not exceed 20 on Free T, needless to say I will be finding a new doc in the coming weeks.

sorry to hear about that. Not too familiar with range for Free T at your labs..
I know we have some weird ranges here that varry with each lab.
One lab has Free T range of: 31-94 pmol/l
another has 14.6-146 pmol/l
When I was young and working out had it tested at 23 y.o. around 11 am I remember...
was 72 pmol/l back then. Hard to imagine natty guys having 100 + pmol/l

My doctor uses some weird forula to figure free T, it isn't a level they actualy test, he uses several different levels and then computes Free T. It is just time I make a change, I just got back from my appointment and we discussed it again. I explained to him that I know several people who have Free T levels around 30 and he said "if we allowed your Free T to get to 30 then your TT would be 800-1000 and that is not what we want". That to me says it all, time for a new Doc!

Well.....
more is not necessarily better. Past 800 might not be for everyone.
I'm not sure if you are discussing Peak or trough levels....
but on a separate note he sounds like a control freak....
not everyone is a one size fits all. I agree you have to be able to cut guys off past a certain number...
The doc cant keep a patient at 1300 just because he requests it. I'm sure they can be held liable.
but 800 is not too high for his to cut off.
calculations on hormone levels he has not even tested for. He has the means to test it why is he using this formula?
ridiculous.
Well, you know what you are doing.
