heads up on iron-dragon chem customer service

My wife and i decided to try a new chem. co. we recieved a damaged item iN the mail (liquid chem). it took 3 days for a response on directions to return. after returning damaged product via usps i waited 2 weeks before Inquiring about reshippment..its been over a month now and all ive been given is the run around..we both decided to accept it as a loss and stick with our old source...i know....if something works ...leave it the fuck alone

Sorry about your luck - bad to hear that. I actually just recently ordered from ID, on a saturday and product arrived safe and sound by tuesday (last week). Hopefully you'll be able to get this situtation resolved.

Well i ordered from them (AG) on the 16th. Still they have not shipped it out. I have used them twice in the past year with no problem, and there products worked well. They say it will ship out in 2-6 business days it as now been ten. My rats are having estro flair and I cannot afford to lose money again on a shipment that never comes. so I was wondering who my best odds where with? I have also heard good things about STEN.

I happen to have first hand knowledge of this situation concerning Iron Dragon and that "damaged" item in question that this board member is writing of. The facts are that this party never sent the product in question back to the company (ID). Not only could they not provide a tracking number but they couldn't even tell them the name on the return address on the package so ID could conduct a proper search involving the USPS (downright mysterious).

I know of this situation because I was asked for advice when this was happening as it was a cause of great concern to them. My opinion was that it was a blackmail attempt at getting free product and suggested that ID to hold their ground. Also, this board member specifically threatened ID with a write up on this board very early on in the issue. Hmmm.
