STILL LOVE THIS STUFF AND USE IT EVERY DAY!!! I drink 3 p-shakes/day on average and I just throw 1/2 tsp in the blender along with the Protein.

You cannot taste it whatsoever. It's cheap and has excellent bb'er benefits!!

i do the same -- tmg along with milk thistle has helped my liver values alot
 
Using it to metabolize fat rather then muscle, would it be best to take right before a workout?
