Helladrol , N2Guard , HCGenerate and AMS Mass Drops / Epi 1 Test

Just experienced it for the first time today and holy shit I felt like my arms were going to explode, love the fact it incorporates fast and slow twitch fibers makes for one hell of a workout.
 
Alright so I have noticed that my strength has been decreasing but endurance has been going through the roof with these new high rep workouts, fuck that though. Moving back to 5x5 and when I hit a wall going to hit 5x3 and from there 3 sets of 5 and back to my 5x5 , this seems to be a proven technique and willing to give it a go. Gained a little weight sine last weigh in and will post at the end of week 5, can't tell you how much I am loving this cycle the gains are awesome and i feel great!
.....oh yeah bumped it up to 125 mgs for the last 2 weeks and haven't noticed any negative sides so going to keep it there for now.
 
I didn't have any real sides until the last 2 days of my cycle.
Felt like shit then though...

I bumped up my calories since i started to see my weight stabilize and hopefully tomm. when I weigh in I see some weight gains. I am going to stick to my new 5x5 workout routing that has been proven over time to be very effective and have linear gains. What do you all think?

Each day has some assistance workouts but the main focus is on these three compound lifts. The sets are interval progressions of 12.5 % and every week you use your 3RM on Friday's set as your new 5RM for your 5th set on Monday and throughout the week and the cycle continues. This is a simple but effective workout for putting on serious mass and strength quickly, let me know your thoughts / suggestions.
 
Day 36
I weighed in today at 188 which means the additional calories has been doing the trick , that is 12 lbs since the beginning of the cycle. I haven't been posting up my lifts since I have been changing it up due to joint soreness, muscle confusion etc. But I can tell you this, I have gotten much stronger in ALL of my lifts and look great and 12 lbs in 5 weeks? I'll fucking take it any day. One more week left to go so I'm going to be making the most of it and continue to make these gains through PCT. What a fucking ride so far!
 
Doing good, on Day 3 of PCT and have maintained strength and size. I ended at 190 lbs so a total of 12 solid lbs for this cycle and the way it's looking I am going to continue to be making gains. I don't know if it was coming off hella or the Ostra that is helping out with my joints but I feel great and a huge plus is getting my energy back, lethargic as fuck the last week there. Been gone the past week but was able to maintain where I left off , I am back in my Body Building routine and it feels great. Training consists of split workout chest/tris back/bi's etc. and a lot of volume with a mix of compound and assistance exercises. I'll keep this going through PCT and let you all know how it is going, I'm taking Post Cycle/Testo Fuel/Arom-x/Ostra/Forged liver support/Forma/ and multi-v's fish oil and joint support along with Proteins. Diet will remain the same but I will be adding in light cardio to the training. All in all it was a great ride and very successful as long as I keep what i Gained in PCT...this is where the real work comes in!
 
I think its the Osta helping you out, my whole body has been sore on a daily basis since coming off everything. so be prepared for that, I think moving the same weights without the compounds takes a bigger toll on the body
 
Just FYI - according to 3J you should dial cardio back during PCT, not up.

Still undecided what to run next, but I need to order this coming week.

I didn't do any cardio in the gym and for my job I can't completely ignore it as I am starting to feel it on patrols but I'm not going to run myself down into the dirt or anything like that. Just some light cardio to keep my cardiovascular health in check.
 
Everything is going good sorry for the few updates it's fighting season here in Afghanistan so things have been picking up. My PCT has been going great I have been fluctuating between 190 and 188 which is normal so I have been maintaining weight. I can tell my muscles aren't as blown up but def. a lot harder must have been a little water weight.

So I am done with my first week of PCT and have managed to keep all my weight I gained during the cycle and strength is still going up . I don't know if it is the OSTRA or what but I feel strong and my joints feel great. Today was leg day and from all the patrols I've been doing my legs have been getting beat up but still managed to have a decent workout ...I hate leg days.

I don't know what the deal is but I can hardly ever log on here anymore due to the Malware warning I keep getting. My bf % has dropped and so did some of my weight but my strength is going through the roof and with the excess fat burning away I can tell that the bulk cycle really put on some quality lean mass. I am stoked how good I'm looking and really think this was a great cycle, my PCT has been going great still making strength gains and had no bad sides from this cycle. All in all it was awesome and would def. recommend it. The SARMS are awesome I think I can attribute most of these gains from the OSTA, also my veins are popping out and I still feel like I'm "on". I absolutely loved this cycle, will be planning something for the future. I'll be back to update the end of the PCT but this should be close to the end for this thread, thanks everyone for all the comments and motivation.
 
Good job man.
I will definitely run Hella again.
Still contemplating whether or not to use AAS once I am lean enough, but even so, I may just use it as a kick starter.
