Help Me Grow

What might I expect to gain on this cycle?

So I'm 28years old, 5'7 and weigh 165lbs with around 9% bodyfat. I wanna lean out and get my upper body like a rock, and maybe bump to say 175-180 before end of summer.

I'm looking to take on Epistane and feel I've been overloaded with so many data I'm afraid I'll mess it up. Its like everyone says not to do it that way but people argue the other way wont work either. I basically bought a "The Perfect Cycle Stack" from PHF supplements and haven't touched any of it yet. This package has

IBE Epistane (90 servings)
PHF 6-bromo (60 servings)
Athletix Titanium XL (120 capsules)
Purus Labs Organ Shield (60 capsules)

Is that enough to run a short cycle to see how I handle a first cycle? Any parts I should buy more of for safety? And what exactly do I take, when, and how much?

I feel like such a dummy :wtf: asking for help but I've never got stuck and not been able to push through it so I'm leaning on this epistane cycle to help me ramp my bodyweight up to 175+ Please if possible keep it semi simple for me to understand, I've saw some posts throw me into an abyss of confussion.

y usual daily diet is and this isn't set is stone but 80% of the time it is.

Breakfast - 3:30am, 1 serving of whey in no fat milk, and apple oatmeal w/raisins

2nd breakfast - 6:30am, 3 servings of lowfat cottage cheese

Lunch - 11am, 2 or 3 servings of strawberry yogurt with a whey protein shake

Early dinner - 3:30pm (ish) 8oz grilled chicken (gotta love the Foreman), whey protein shake, and usually banana or strawberries

Dinner - 6:30-7:30pm 8oz of grilled chicken or steak w/ Idahoan potatoes (its so easyto make and tastes sooooo good)

Snack - I usually have a snack before bed that is raisins or the little ham/turkey/chicken packets and of course a whey protein shake.

I've never counted the calories on this, but this is the standard because its so simple for me to keep with because I work full time and also in college 3/4 time. I spent a lot of my life weighing in the 130s as a track/cross country runner so actually being 165 is kinda nice but I want more!
 
Yeah man that is definitely not enough food, and WAY too many shakes. I would recommend starting with your diet before seeking the help of a prohormone.

I highly recommend 3J's Nutrition Network - I'm a client and couldn't be happier with how things are going.

3J has a free diet advice thread stickied in the Diet Forum - I would definitely check it out.
 
i will have to agree. not close to enough. 1.5 times your weight in pro a day if not more. Eat solid foods and save the shake for after your work out or just before bed. As for carbs. that you will have to play with when it comes to how much you need to stay lean. some people can get away with 300 carbs a day or more and some not so lucky.
 
yeah your diet is not top notch. way to many shakes. hit up the diet section and post in 3js free diet advice thread. dude is a god in that department and can easily put ten pounds on you.

i am also, happiest ive been, since i was a lil kid with no responsibilities. best money ive ever spent and plan on higherin him again for any cycles i might do in the future
 
So can it be done as easily as what I currently do, I spend less than 15minutes a day getting my foods/drinks ready. If it takes more time it won't be an option on the table for me, like I said I'm intending to do it anyways - just wanted to make sure I don't mess myself up in the process. I'm willing to eat more I'm just not full of extra time to make meals and such. Will be looking into some of the food option posts mentioned though.
 
Shakes are easy for everyone, but you don't get big by doing what is easy.

Even if you do this PH cycle it will be a total waste if you don't change your diet, trust me man.

I say next time your on your Xbox download some mods and grow like hell fuck the gym you don't need it either!

Take the money your wasting on those fucking worthless (pro Butt Pirate Moans) and spend it on a hooker at least you'll get some thing for your money.

bro i spend 3-4 hours one day a week to cook my meals for the rest of the weak. im sure you have one day where this can be done. its so much easier to cook in bulk. grab your meal and go.
