But I am not into any TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) treatment ,actually I am taking finasteride for hair loss for more than 5 years, the main purpose of finasteride is to stop converting testosterone to DHT, so i think may be bcos of that my Total Testosterone is more than range. This finasteride helped stopping hair loss but it gives moonface , now i stopped taking finasteride daily , but taking montly twice.

But don't know what is the exact thing happened inside my blood to cause Moonface ..

please help me bro ....

But did you notice my Estradiol is 37 , so shall i take estrogen inhibitor ...thanks again

I am a Strong believer of GOD JESUS CHRIST, so I don't drink and smoke , not even single bad habit by GOD'S GRACE.

I often take drink more water . I am working in I.T so I use to drink water often keeping bottle near my System. But does drinking water gives more puffiness in face ?

No. Your E2 looks good. And taking an AI would increase your TT even more.

Oh... you mean taking Arimidex (Anastrozole) will increase testosterone ? and again it will make moonface worse right ?

so what may be the cause for my moonface bro ? i guess it could be water retention ?

I checked local physician(DR) and I asked about my moon face , I told him that I suspect my moonface is due to water retention but he told if it is water retention then first my leg will be swollen and he told it is fat and do facial exercise, but I don't think facial exercise really works, it is just a myth.

My daily diet is just 2 piece of wheat bread and 2 wheat rotty in the night bro , that s it .. with this i am getting moonface is very suspicious

If it is fat deposited in my face , then is there any pill that will burn fat in my face ? my body weight is only 65

We really need to see a picture. For all we know this is in your head. You may look perfectly fine. Didn't you say a doc examined you and said you were fine?

I can't remember if you have told us what your body fat % is.
