Heres a good one your best deadlift?

We all know deadlifts are the king daddy of BBing since the movement uses the most muscle groups. What's your best pull? Include age weight and yrs. training and cycling.

Mine is Im 28 only been pullin over a yr. 6 3 250 doin triples of 495. One good cycle under the belt just started another. Hoping to break 7 off the floor in a yr after 2 more cycles ahould be easily doable. Now my max is 565.

475 for 3, BW 200lb


EDIT: This was 1 month after neding my 1st cycle. Been training seriously for about 3 years, started lfiting in HS but I didnt knw what the fuck. I had nice biceps though, lol

545 for 3, i just got back into form and hit an easy 550 a few weeks ago, should be on my way to 600 by June/july. Had some form issues and glaring weakness.

26 yrs old 3 years training....375lbs for 4....Now work out with a little lighter which is about to change.
 
19 y/o, 6 feet tall, 200lbs, natural, been training for 1.5-2years. Started doing deadlifts 3weeks ago after a year off from deads.

I think it's kinda cool to see who some of the heavy hitters are out there. So far it looks like Jay and Big Mike got game. My quess is you a big squatter which means probably not a big puller. I quess you get one or the other. I know I did my squats are pethetic but deads are decent.

just turned 20, weighing in at 233-235, recently pulled 565 but felt like i could have gotten 6 plates.
