even if you started a thread asking how much can you squat iw oudl still think its useless..my lifts are my lifts..i work on improving all 3 some go up faster than others..
you can check my journal to see what it is i actually do..
i didnt mean any offense but no one learns anything with this type of thread and sometimes (at least 99%) of the time its turns into a pissing match or some else calls BS an yadda yadda yadda ..
although DL threads dont tend to cause arguments because not everyone does them its the bench threads that cause problems andim guessing its because EVERY gym junkie thinks they are the best bencher...lol
