even if you started a thread asking how much can you squat iw oudl still think its useless..my lifts are my lifts..i work on improving all 3 some go up faster than others..

you can check my journal to see what it is i actually do..
i didnt mean any offense but no one learns anything with this type of thread and sometimes (at least 99%) of the time its turns into a pissing match or some else calls BS an yadda yadda yadda ..

although DL threads dont tend to cause arguments because not everyone does them its the bench threads that cause problems andim guessing its because EVERY gym junkie thinks they are the best bencher...lol

31yrs- 5'7" 175. 375x6. Im with spikeylizard though, i gotta use straps. Im a wuss!!!! My grip is so weak, i cut my wrists with my straps every other week.
 
Currently 231lbs(dropped about 11lbs now that i'm on cutting phase) 6ft 3in 23yrs old Been lifting for about 5yrs(not real serious 1st 2yrs), didn't know shit the 1st 2-3 yrs of lifting and just really started learning alot this yr. Have only been doing dl's for about 8 months now(didn't know what they were before, till a big lifter in my gym showed me where it was all at) :) Been making HUGE gain w/dls ever since. As of last monday, I did 465 x 3 and 490x1 Oh, after I started doing dls and squatts i've put on about 23lbs of muscle(cheated some w/m1t) :)
 
Yeah Ive put some serious muscle on from deads too. Not just back thickness but trap developement and wide shoulders.
 
just started doing deads finally in feb...23 5'10" 216lbs 16%bf...training 4 years...new PR today of 315X7...too worn out after that 5th set to do max...we'll see next week...started at 225X8 though...i'm proud .. and i feel like a little girl ... clomid

after seeing a buddy slip a disk and get a compression fracture deadlifting, i opted out of this lift.
i know, you now all look down on me even more then before. Such is life.

Where is Easto to rag on me now.....

My best ever was 155..and yes....with straps. My grip SUCKS! I know you didn't ask for female input but I don't care. You guys all get to brag so :p

I'm 5'6" and 116 lbs.

I'm much stronger at squats.

last week got 405x13 and 495x5. i did a max effort two weeks before that and got 545x1 so i think i can hit 585 or 6 right now. i am 21, 227 10%bf, 6"1. training 7 years knowing kinda what i am doing 3-4 years.

That's solid man for your weight. You would think if your pullin 405 x 13 you should get 6?
 
yea for sure but my form is horrible. i was doing sumo but its all getting it off the floor. so i switched to conventional and my weights were alot better. i have a tendency to almost stiff leg heavy weights. the 405 and 495 just come right off the floor and its easy from there bc my back is really strong. its my legs that need the work.

i dont get into these who does what threads. half the posts are guesses at best if not blatant lies. i do post my work outs though.

my deads have been weak...due to a bad back
currently:
5'6" 175lbs 22yo
275 for 3

ive been doing rack pulls to strengthen and ive been pulling 425 for 6-7
its been about a month since i have done true deads..might try next week and see if its went up at all
