HGH for first cutting cycle

I've been lifting since I was 16. I've never done a cycle and always told myself I would do one when I turned 40. Well, that time has come. I'm 5'11", 220lbs, 18% BF and I don't want to get any bigger. I want to get harder and more cut. I want to be 220lbs at 10% BF. Yes, I diet, but I'm an easy gainer and I'm not hardcore about my diet. I love food too much. I've done a ton of research - I joined this board in 2006 and have checked-in occasionally, but I'm ready to take the plunge. My questions are 1) It seems growth has gotten a lot cheaper just in the past year or so - . Is the price drop real or are scammers trying to attract buyers with irresistable prices? and 2) Would something like Winstrol be better in terms of availability and less chance of getting scammed?

By the way, not to confuse anyone - I posted earlier about some Deca I ordered from a source, but I think it's fake and I decided I would rather cut than get bigger if I was really going to do this. It was the first time I ever ordered gear online and I now realize how easy it is to get scammed.
 
HGH will cut fat , but you are not ready for that without going "Hardcore" with your diet. You can't eat whatever you want while on HGH and you would be wasting your money if you did. The protocol for you is , to get right with your choice of food consumption bro. Then hit the gym hard with cardio and you'll get to where you want. Don't be a statistic and think gear is the easier softer way......it's not. Diet is the main ingredient even on gear.

If you have never used Testosterone, 500mg/wk along with a calorie restricted diet and cardio and you'll be able to maintain your muscle mass along with decreasing your body fat significantly. Good luck.
 
So... You are 40?

Go get your blood tested... YOUR NATTY TEST LEVELS should be LOW... YOUR NATTY GH LEVELS should be LOW... you could probably get this stuff prescribed too you.

PHARM GRADE is the best way to go anyways...

Now... Being a Newbie into the field of AAS. And if you really are serious about crossing that line. do all the research you can. KNOW the consequences... know the benefits... know everything you can.. the benefit of getting your blood checked and finding out if you do have LOW natural levels AND the doc does prescribe you Testosterone... YOU WONT EVER HAVE TO DO A post cycle therapy (pct) !! When or IF you do cycle.. you just go back to your normal prescribed dosage of TEST.

I am speaking from experience... I am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and LOVE every second of it.. BUT ... the downside.. I am 27.

Just kinda sucks that It had to happen at such an early age... Knowing that my MR. HAPPY will not work unless I stick a needle in my BODY every 3.5 days loaded with 100mgs of Testosterone Cypionate. That is kind of depressing knowing at 27 that my dude down there dont work without help of my favorite substance on EARTH. Oh well so is Life I guess...

Anyways back to what I was saying, get your DIET in check first and foremost... IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MUCH OF WHAT KIND OF COMPOUND YOU PUT INTO YOUR BODY if your diet is not on point then YOU WILL NOT GAIN A THING and you would have wasted your money. SIMPLE as that.

Secondly, Like I said IF you decide to to cross the threshold and do your first cycle.. start out with a long estered testosterone compound dosed at 400-500mgs EW for 12-14 weeks provided your levels dont read low and the doc doesnt put you on TEST anyways being how you are 40 and all...

THIRDLY and MOST IMPORTANTLY !! After you have learned all you can, after all your studying and critiquing of your diet, and everything that you need to be prepared for your first cycle... and IF !!! You dont have natty low test levels and your doc doesnt prescribe yourself some test anyways... THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO A CYCLE IS !! POST CYCLE THERAPY !! In my mind this is more important than an actual cycle.. it is what reverts your body back its normal homeostasis, it kicks back on your NATTY test .. and allows you to keep your gains that you worked SO hard throughout your cycle to get.

Anyways HOPE THIS HELPS. EDUCATE BEFORE YOU MEDICATE !!

Dieting is not all that bad. There are lots of ways to mix it up and make it taste good. Once you get used to it all the bad shit makes you feel like shit anyway.

Thanks for the input. What I'm mostly hearing is DIET. I have been hardcore about my diet in the past and can do it again. Guess I needed a kick in the butt about dieting while doing a cycle.

Also, thanks for the hormone replacement suggestion. I live in a small town and know my doctor as a social friend. I wouldn't be comfortable asking him for HRT, but maybe there's a way...
