I'd love to get some videos but being that i don't usually have a spotter and work out first thing in the morning when nobody is there makes it really hard. I have a hard enough time getting someone to spot me....let alone asking someone to video me.

Video definately helps though!

I have one of those little flip cams, which is basically a box, so I just sit it on a piece of equipment!

I will for sure have my lifting partner video me, and Ill post some video stuff as well, though Im kind of scared that dude that was giving Dark a hard time might come tell me Im not sexy enough in my video to post a video ;)
 
great log brotha. im in week 3 of a var and test e cycle. was only running the test e at 250mgs a week. your log and 1 other guys made me say fuck it, i bumped my test up today to 250mgs twice a week. stoked on your gains and progress keep it up!

MARCH 23rd DAY (37)

I was suppose to take yesterday completely off but I just messed around with arms, and abs cause I couldnt keep myself out of the gym, lol. I PROPERLY curled a 65lb dumbell, never been able to do that before. And since its been a minute since Ive actually just done arms, I realized my vascularity is above and beyond what it has ever been. Also my stomach fat is coming off like theres no tomorrow. When I pinch my tummy there is so much less to hold on to then before.

DAY OFF today, I have playoffs tonight for Hockey. Then legzzz tomorrow, or sunday. I havent decided. Most likely tomorrow since I miss the gym everyday Im not there.

^^I wish I was living the dream, but that would consist of me playing in the NHL, lol. But Im super happy with everything in my life right now, I appreciate it big guy!!
 
Good to heard you are getting leaner thats some we all looking to get at the end of add some mass is the lean ripped look. good weekend to you 2.
