Nah it is a strain from deadlifts tuesday the last one with no belt coming down it just grabbed wrong, feeling better that I did but 405 on my shoulders was no fun..... Its weird 315 for a double with no belt was 0 pian then 405 witha belt had pain on walk out guess it had just enough compression.

I think that the Olympia is in Sept I am tell you we should go for that is would be good freaking times!

But in all seriousness, I'll plan this, does August 30th thru sept. 2nd a good weekend for everyone?? It works for me. The olympia is Sept 27-30th in vegas btw. That weekends a no go for me, plus the weather will be nice and hot at the end of August in Vegas, gotta hit the pool with our bods!! lol
 
The Aug-Sept date works for me cause I think I`ll be able take those dates after that it`s all uphill for me cause I`m getting the fuck out of service wuuujjjjuuuu!!!!! so I`ll be moving and doing tons of shit. Olympia will be great but I can`t

I can go to vegas whenever. I have that spirit airlines that flies out of oregon. I went to vegas a couple months back. Round trip was about 200 bucks for me.
