yeah i did the fst-7 on cable crossovers at the end of my chest workout last night. Coulda upped the weight a bit more but definately feel it today!!

Took the day off from the gym yesterday, Im going to PIN this morning, and I will be doing legz this afternoon, Chest tomorrow!!!
 
HAHAHAHAHA thanks bra's!!! Im pumped to rock the FST-7 with LEGZ its gonna be a first, and I have a feeling Im going to make it rain in the gym!! Aka "Ringer" ;)
