Arms went well, could have been better. But my training partner, who is basically my little brother invited his friend to join us, I should have said you 2 just do your own thing, cause I hate lifting with 3 people, 2 is plenty, especially when that other person pushes and motivates you. Anywho, Bi's and Tri's are a little sore, Legs this evening.

Yea they were for sure pumped, just not as swollen today as I would have expected.
^^Agreed, I honestly think the JUICE in full swing, cause I made sure to whip my legz yesterday, and I wouldnt have been able to walk well any other time, but Im feeling minimal soreness today, guess its time to really step up the workouts.

If my math is correct, I did 249(Not including Calf workouts) reps on legz yesterday, I will try and make it to 250 next timehaha.
Ive never counted total reps before, quite surprising!!

Well I counted and it was only 276 reps but close LOL I think hardest thing to get sore is back other than straining it with heavy ass deadlifts the lats can take one hell of a beating!
