hay bros! Last week, I was sitting in the couch...wasting time around tv..swtiching channels and it came to me..does those home tv shopping AB trainings/gadgets/creams really work and worth the money??

sure..it's convenient to loose them fats and build solid abs in your lil room..but really..do those things work at all??
