JayC, don't put the bar on your traps, put the bar lower on your back and you wont feel any pain. Don't be "that guy" in the gym wearin the pussy pad

Box Squats

15.5inch box, cambered bar, doubled#1s

375 + dbled #1 x 1

this is the highest box i use, i normally use 9 or 12 in.. This bar is pretty good it really nails the lower back and glutes. Its also super hard though, harder than a normal power bar. Overall, very good investment
