Whats up? If anyone can help me figure out a good workout schedule plan it will be greatly appreciated. I am just again restarting lifting after a 4 year break and boy am i outta shape. I wanna have a good start to my new life of not sitting on the couch or drinking my life away( Im only 21 but have been partying like a rockstar since i been 15). First off I have a decent amout of fat, no abs, and the scrawniest legs you have ever seen. So I'll need to work those areas extra as my arms chest and back tend to regain thier size rather quickly along with strength. Im joining a gym withevery necessary tool I need (an ex-professional bodybuilder owns it). I tend to lift heavy my first few days and then burn out completely like my muscles are goin "FUCK 100 % UR GETTIN 50 " . Which is pretty embarrassing. Hook a brotha up please so I can get excited about doing something productive with my life. Thanks
