I need some serious advice!

Well first off i'd just like to say that i'm new to all this body building stuff, and i'm looking to get in some tip top shape for this upcoming hockey season. Some things i need to know are.

What suplements should i take?

I'm on Creatine, HGH Factor, N O Explode, and occasionally ill drink muscle milk.

Some other things to know are how should i hit the gym if im mainly looking for quick hard muscle building?

Hopefully someone can help me with a work out for myself.

Stats are:

16 Years old
155 lbs (looking to mega gain)
 
The one thing that I would say first is to get your diet in order, check fitday to help you with that. Secondly supplements are no replacement for good old fashioned hard work, too many people are looking for magic in a bottle. At your age you need to build a good solid base with the basics. There are alot of people here who are willing to help, use the search function and check out some old threads and see what others have written. Good luck to you bro, now get reading...

But you have to be 18 to be on this site,good luck with the upcoming hockey season.
 
At your age..train , don t overtrain. Stick with basic compound movements. Eat a lot..sleep a lot and avoid any and all toxins..cigs, alcohol, weed etc.
 
Thanks for all the advice guys! Quick question should i do a power workout such as like 2-3 sets of 3-5 reps?
