Hello. After a succession of operations on my knees I am at the point in rehab where I can really press on and I am wanting to give my legs a good kick start to build some muscle and stablise the joints.
I am training best as I can, mainly to maintain rather than grow at the minute as I am in decent shape and happy with upper body, but need legs to catch up to avoid the Jhonny Bravo shape. I am therefor looking to mainly localise effects to the legs.
Can this be done effectively and what is best to take for this? I used Deca Sus Dianabol some years back with good effect but this gave me all over gains. Will GH work as Id like?
I am 33, 6ft, 13st (182lbs)
