RJ

On Vacation
I have seen so many threads lately with guys wondering about does this work, does that work, will this make me huge.... and most of them are less than 200lbs.

listen up guys... I'm here to tell you the secrets you all have been spending thousands of dollars trying to figure out.

EAT REAL FOOD AND ALOT OF IT
TRAIN HARD AND INCREASE WEIGHT EACH WEEK (even if its microloading)
SLEEP AT LEAST 7-8 HOURS A DAY
REPEAT

That's it. Thats all. I promise if you do that, you will grow.

i just talked to a guy in another thread who spends $700/month on supps. Not steroids... supplements. That's almost a house payment.

I'm not trying to discourage conversation or debate, cause that is what these forums are for. But so many of you are missing the simplest thing about this game.

Stop wasting your time and money trying to find shortcuts... cuase there aren't any!

So once again for the short bus riding window lickers...

EAT REAL FOOD AND ALOT OF IT
TRAIN HARD AND INCREASE WEIGHT EACH WEEK (even if its microloading)
SLEEP AT LEAST 7-8 HOURS A DAY
REPEAT

Thank you.

Couldn't agree more.
Most people are to busy looking for the next best supplement or cycle to make them self
Huge, instead of looking at there outdated Diet, or half assed workout.

Remember when you put on weight your Daily calories to maintain weight (TDEE)changes.

Yes RJ is right there, Eating is a pleasure, use it for gains, hust train hard and sleep suffisently, like he said.

anyway, steroids are useless without a way of life according with the goal.

Hurrah ! That s the secrets all you need to learn.and with people with my metabolism I do better training hard as hell..but actually less often and for shorter durations..find your WAY..and roids will enhance..no replace this ...
Nice rj real nice

looking around it seems like most are between 160-180lbs.... and average mid to high teens bf% and that might even be a kind estimate.

I attribute this to the bad cycle we as Americans have created and that is wanting all the results without the hard work that comes with it. We want the food but don't want to cook so hence fast food, we want raise at work but don't want to put in the extra to get noticed for it, were complain about our kids acting up but we've replaced going outside and playing ball or fishing or camping with an xbox and PSP to occupy their time. Were just losing the foundation of what the world was built on and that is Hard Work and dedication and if anyone says I'm preaching well your right and im preaching to myself first.

Oh my god RJ, do you know what you've done? You can't just say things like that on the internet. You need to put those secrets together in a book and package it to the masses. Maybe do a telethon and sell RJ antenna-balls to get the word out!

i couldn't agree more... unfortunately that's a whole other debate that makes that vein in my head bulge out!!! lol

Can you break this down again for me, I am concerned I missed a step. Maybe if you simplify it I could follow it easier.

Was that?
1. EAT FOOD AND ALOT OF IT REAL
2. SLEEP HARD AND INCREASE AMOUNT EACH WEEK
3. TRAIN AT LEAST 7-8 HOURS A DAY
4. REPEAT

I'm bullshitting. Great thread RJ, sad that it seems you have to keep saying it every other month. Just stick it in your sig and have arrows pointing at it.

Is everyone agreeing because they think they have to?
or is it because they really truely believe this?

I agree food is a damn important part of this and you will in no doubt grow.
But if thats the case that you all know this then way are you all here? why are you all running a cycle?

RJ is clean, he did run gear in the past and now has a diffrent way of life. thats respectable.

but for the rest that agree just because, that hypicritical.

I eat i grow i use roids i grow more because all the nutrion is used in the food. none is wasted. i sleep the best i can in the world of stress we live in. i grow and heal faster.

and i repeat this the next day and the next.
My way of life includes steroids at this time. in time it will not. but right now it does.

just do your best to help and educate those that are GOING to use them as a short cut they will find out its not.
its more work to run roids then it is not to.

i'm by no means am saying RJ is wrong what i am saying tho is think about why your here! is it to learn how to cycle correctly and diet
cause if its just to diet Martha Stewart has a site for that.

I am agreeing because I found it the most effective method for me. During my first cycle I learned to lower my volume, rest more then I typically am able to, and eat such that I hate the sight of food. I had the mentality that because I was on AAS I could workout more. I overtrained. By tweaking my training through RJ and 3J's help, I am up 43 pounds since February. Could I have done that without AAS? Yes sure begin the flaming. However, the methodology to growing wouldn't really change even if you take the AAS away. I would need to eat, sleep, and lift low volume. It is what I have done off cycle and continued to grow. For me, I am not merely signing my name to the post because one respected member said it. I am saying I agree based on experience.

i just want to make sure that those that are agreeing know what it is they agree to.
sure you can gain weight and losse weight with a well placed diet.
i wont flame you in your clain and no one else should. they dont know how hard you worked or not.
your right and RJ is right everyone has the misconception that with AAS you can just sit on your ass and you will be huge. or that you can train all day and night.
thats just not true.

however you can eat all day and train for 45-60 and grow or loose depending on the diet.

gear is a tool and should be looked at like that not as a sub for hard work or food and knowledge.
gear will help BUT as long as you know HOW to USE it.
if you dont know you over train under over eat dont train at all.
These are the problems with gear.

GNC is one of the world's top scam artists for sure.
1000% agree
my ex's mother works for Muscle tech as the CEO of sales. and the shit i would hear about the products was crazy. even the protien powders we drink are shit and not worth the money.
i have stopped using the products ages ago. only natty protien for me. i flavor it myself with fruits and yogurts.

i know RJ has a great point and i agree with it but cyto also has an excellent point too

I,RJ, Jay cutler would never be where they are with only food. If that was the case, steroids would only be for cows to make them bigger for us to eat more

Guilty of the charge to agreeing to the op s comment/ advice as a safe answer..but as we re goin to get into this in depth..(not that it s not sound advice as it is..especially for newbies)...but it s not unversal.
Kids gearing up to be huge in a year is dumbass shit.
With my and others genetic s my small wrists knees etc..the metabolism of a 12 yr old boy and then there s the fact I can get hammered by other stressors ( I ain t proud of it, but if you know me you can understand what I mean )..food is not enough..nor is sleep which is a commodity I lack . testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is a must for me.
testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) augmented with blasts are a way of life for me..I feel better, I eat better..sleep..I induce it 2-3 a times a week and nap when I can...rarely do I get more than 5 in a row..less w/o chemical aids. been that way my whole adult sleep.
RJ s point is good and really the way IT SHOULD be done for the masses. I truelly believe this..but I m a firm believer in light to mid dose cycles to grow, or for me to maintain muscle and even more importantly..staying focused on that better sense of well being. I m a mess.
Shred away boys..blasphemy ?

I partly agree, but I think most guys who use AA's have already tried everything RJH said, already know how to eat (relatively well) and workout and get mediocre results from it, and that's why they turn to steroids. I don't think anybody who's completely out of shape and eats total crap thinks of steroids to get in shape.

So much as he want to be right he not. The science of building muscle is pretty easy. Food rest and training are a must but you need to add amino acids if you wish to speed up recovery and maximize growth. If even if people were eating an un-pasturized diet they would still need to supplement. the truth is most of the food we consume is void of vitamins and minerals. Factory farmed chicken and beef has the omega fatty acids out of balance because they are grain fed.

As I'm sure you really believed what you wrote at the time I would ask that you refrain from post in blatant misinformation.
