Just finished my workout. I had a good 2 mile run and hit back and biceps hard. I think im starting to finally feel a little of the ON feeling ;)

Morning weight: 185.6

Hey everyone. Yesterdays workout was very good. I felt strong and was moving more weight then usual. I was very pleased to say the least. I skipped cardio though.

day 5
Weight: Forgot to weigh in. Will do tomorrow.
Todays plan: i have 2 workout classes at my college on monday, wednesday, and friday. I have circuit training, and extreme step challenge (this one kills my legs) classes. Both classes are very fast paced and leave me dripping in sweat. Cant wait! Ill post up how things go.

Also monday i will post up a new pic. Muscle looks fuller i think hopefully mondays pic shows some difference from day 1s.
 
I've ran hella twice, the first time 50/75/75/75/100/100 and second time at 75 for 6 weeks. At that dosage it really hit my liver hard my first run so for my second run I ran it at 75/6w. I was taking N2G and liv52, since you are taking 2 methylated compounds at high doses (hella) I would suggest you get n2g it has additional liver support. Running at such high doses for my first cycle lethargy also kicked my ass pretty bad and for my second cycle I picked up a test base to help combat lethargy, I recommend that also and pick up some taurine for the back pumps I am pretty sure you're going to be getting at that dosage from hella alone.

Your pct seems pretty light I'd add a few more things.
