He cant get caffeine pills either. So just coffee? Is it ok to mix it with the coffee? Or separate?

yes you can mix it but make sure he is very careful to put right dose in cup.

I was looking at inject eph before but decided it seemed a bit crazy to me so I am going with some clen and keto soon.

I have pinned ephedrine before. It's fine. It's supposed to be injected anyway so no probs.
Tell your cousin to diet down more though , before using the eca stack....he just won't see much benefit unless he does.
Cut calories do more cardio. If he can get body fat lower he will be happier with results.
As he diets down he should lose more fat and at some point stall. He may also find himself very hungry throughout the day. Once he gets to this point is a good time to include ECA. It will Ramp his metabolism up and help curb the hunger .

wrong, Espresso in Italian means LIGHT, when you run hot water fast through the coffee grounds it has less time to gather the caffeine in the grounds so you get a lighter less caffeinated version. Many Italians drink espresso throughout the day since its lighter in caffeine.
sadly american marketing etc. corrupted that simple word and turned it into a high octane drink nowadays, so Gaijin you are right.

You are right I looked this up a while back. I was pissed cause here I was doing double espresso for pre workouts thinking I was gonna be all wired. 4 bucks for a flop instead!
