injuried same day cycle begun.. w2d?

So I started my cycle today. Pinned 300mg test e an hour before gym. Go to the gym do chest and triceps. At the end golf workout we done a burnout with weighted dips, and my elbow gave out. Like I'll knife went through the top and out the back. It's not so bad now, just certain ways I bend my arm. I'm pretty certain I should hold off, just to make sure everything is alright. What do you guys think? Thanks for your input.
 
I think you should see a doctor to make sure you didn't do any serious damage. Pushing through pain for the sake of using a cycle will not end well.

I'd hold off on any additional pins until you know what you're dealing with, and PCT if it is indeed a tendon tear.
 
Ya go see a doctor for sure before anything else. It may not be anything but if it is and you continue to push through it could result in permanent damage.

This is the exact reason i use an assisted dip machine ESPECIALLY if doing them at the end of a workout. A very dangerous exercise when already fatigued.
 
Thanks guys. I've never felt pain like this before. It's crazy, cause one would think if it hurt that bad. The pain would be constant. But it's not. Just certain ways I turn or twist my arm. Will I need pct since I only pinned once?

The body has a tendency to overload nerves, so they "quiet down" over time, until the injury is aggravated. I'd still see a doctor first, see what kind of recovery is needed, and go from there. If it's a simple sprain, that only requires a week or so of off-time from using that arm, I'd keep going and train other body parts. If it is indeed something serious, I'd PCT - just to be safe.
 
Thanks guys. I'm gonna get it checked out today, then figure out where to go from there. Hopefully it's nothing serious. And I can just take the rest of this week off.
 
How many shots are you into the cycle? Just one...of Test?

Just be careful ending with movements like that. Once joints and muscles are fried. Something has to give. Train like a MFer but train smart.

see a doc.. see the extent of the damage..

excessive testosterone levels will mask pain..

i cant tell you how many times i have seen a client say they are fine after an injury only to realize how bad it is after the cycle is over.. check your ego
 
Great news. Went to a walk in clinic after work, they done a x-ray and checked me out. Nothing serious the doc said, take 2 weeks off training and I should be g2g. I have only pinned once, the day my elbow started acting up. One more question guys. This will be my 4th cycle, but the 1st in a few years. That's why I went with just test. But I've never done blood work before, and want to this time. About what week should I do that?
 
The best possible times to get bloodwork done are

1. Pre cycle. So you have something to base whether or not you recovered after your cycle is over on.

2. Mid cycle. For over all health and to check Estradiol to see if your AI dose is correct or needs to be raised or lowered. To also see if the gwar youre running is real and correctly dosed.

3. Post cycle. Usually 6 week after PCT is finish to ensure the PCT was successful.
