PERSONAL RECORD TODAY!!!!!! did the 120DB inclines for 5! Over the last few days, I have REALLY been feeling the effects of the cycle (in a GREAT way!). I just have SO MUCH more energy and focus! (i think this is due to my increase in "healthy" fats).
The last few days, as I'm sure you are all aware of, have been a blurr. Although we partied quite hard and intense, i was still able to maintain a "somewhat normal" diet. I had SUCH A GREAT TIME, however, I must say, I am glad to be back to normal with my diet, training and daily life.
