Overall good day today. I was able to keep my temper in check for the majority of the day. I've noticed that even with the amount of weight I have gained so far, I still have my abs. Not sure why?

Well, my back was still sore today so I decided to take an easy on it. Also, My legs are still overly tired and achy. i still have NO clue why. Lets see, tren sides are still in full effect. I've noticed that I am sweating quite a bit more lately (i wasn't the first half of the tren). I LOVE what the tren has done to my body....however, I will say I will be glad when it is over.

PERSONAL RECORD TODAY!!!!!! did the 120DB inclines for 5! Over the last few days, I have REALLY been feeling the effects of the cycle (in a GREAT way!). I just have SO MUCH more energy and focus! (i think this is due to my increase in "healthy" fats).

The last few days, as I'm sure you are all aware of, have been a blurr. Although we partied quite hard and intense, i was still able to maintain a "somewhat normal" diet. I had SUCH A GREAT TIME, however, I must say, I am glad to be back to normal with my diet, training and daily life.

Well, my energy has come back to 110%!!! I honestly think it was due to my low fat intake. My aggression has seemed to taper down a tad. Strength keeps increasing each day. Knock on wood, i have yet to experience any lack of libido from the tren... hopefully it stays nice and strong, but we shall see.

had a great workout today. Did 405lbs for 6 on shrugs, then drop setted it to 225 for 15. DEFINITELY feeling the strength gains. Also, I PR'd on the incline DB press again. this time, i did 120 for 6!
 
sorry guys for the lack of updates. A few unexpected issues popped up that really fucked me up, and to be honest, I had ZERO time to keep this log updated. Sad to say, I don't really have the motivation to do it anymore. I will be overly glad when this cycle is over and done.

oh im pushin bro. Still doin' great on the cycle, just shitty with everything else. Im up to 197lbs right now and still have my abs. and imo, they are looking better as i get heavier. lol. today is last day/pin of tren.

Well guys....... Yesterday was my final pin of test and tren. (i decided to run the tren all the way through. figured i was already suppressed so wth). Ending weight..................................................... 200.00lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strength has really grown this cycle. im now repping the 120lb DBs on incline for 8-10reps on my 5th set. also, my back and trap strength has really increased. I have a nice video of me doing 2 sets of 10 of 405lbs on BB shrugs... ill try to upload it.

give me 'til tuesday, and ill have a bit more details posted.
