DAILY RANTINGS
Took today off from the gym. I for some reason had ZERO strength to hit my back and traps. Once again, I can DEFINITELY feel the aggression from the tren. It is starting to get a tad bit annoying. It seems my "wacked out" dreams have tapered down a bit...not sure why? Im still running the tren at 100mg EOD, and I started the anavar this past monday at 60mg ED. Also, I am playing around with my diet. At the start, I was eating roughly 2700-2900 calories a day. Now, i am eating roughly 2300 calories a day. I want to see if i can gain quality muscle with the macros that I have just posted above. As you can see, I am not eating anything "bad", but I REALLY want to keep my abs, and I dont know if its just me, but I think they are kinda hiding a bit. i mean, they are definitely still there, but just not as defined? Maybe i need to shave my stomach hair again? lol
