DAILY RANTINGS
Took today off from the gym. I for some reason had ZERO strength to hit my back and traps. Once again, I can DEFINITELY feel the aggression from the tren. It is starting to get a tad bit annoying. It seems my "wacked out" dreams have tapered down a bit...not sure why? Im still running the tren at 100mg EOD, and I started the anavar this past monday at 60mg ED. Also, I am playing around with my diet. At the start, I was eating roughly 2700-2900 calories a day. Now, i am eating roughly 2300 calories a day. I want to see if i can gain quality muscle with the macros that I have just posted above. As you can see, I am not eating anything "bad", but I REALLY want to keep my abs, and I dont know if its just me, but I think they are kinda hiding a bit. i mean, they are definitely still there, but just not as defined? Maybe i need to shave my stomach hair again? lol

I have yet to use tren but from what i read on other ppl logs and posts that it is the only compound to flourish in a low cal environment.

after i discussed this with a few friends of mine, it has been decided that i will eat at around 2900 calories until i stop the tren (3more weeks). Then, i will "taper" it down to around 2600 and REALLY harden and lean up. GO ANAVAR! lol.

Daily Rantings
Today started off great! woke up in a pool of sweat and was feeling like i was on top of the world. Got quite a few things done around the house that I had been putting off for quite some time. I decided that while I am on the tren, I will eat at around 2900-3100 calories a day...still keeping fats below 100. Once I am done with the tren (3ish weeks left), i will drop my diet back down to 2600 and lean up. I would have been at 3000calories today, however, late night sushi after the clubs and lounges really sounded good. lol. and damn that sushi bar that's open 'till 0430!!!!!! but still, i kept me fats right at around 100. If i wouldn't have gone to sushi, I would have been right at 3000 with sub 100fats. Owell, I can't complain.

Today was my off day. Nothing really worth mentioning happened. Although I found myself in a bit of a depressed mood after finding a picture of my ex with some other dude. (at first I was down, then I got angry). Oh yeh, I lined up my booty call for tomorrow night. Today was chest day. Overall a good workout....however, my shoulder is "acting" up on me once again. I had to cut my workout a little short. (wanted to do some incline DBs to failure). Figure I will ice and heat it up and take a few advil. Hopefully it feels better by shoulder day. Tren side effects are still strong and ongoing... woke up DRENCHED this morning. Not gonna lie, I'm getting a tad bit tired of waking up soaked. lol. Owell, on to the next day.

So today, I took a few photos of my abs... I must say, for gaining over 10pounds so far, (mainly due to diet), i must say, I am quite pleased that I still have my abs! Granted, they aren't as "defined" as the previous photo, but still! IMO, they look quite a bit more muscular and stronger. ESPECIALLY my obliques and V line. I figure I will start to do Cardio EVERYDAY from here on out... I will only stick with my 2miles, but those 2miles will be done in under 12.5minutes. (damn tren kills endurance).

Today was overall a good day. For a change, I DID NOT wake up in a pool of sweat!!!!!! I was thrilled! lol. It sure is funny/interesting how Tren messes with your mind.... Today, while driving around town, I was in such a great mood, then out of know where, I get hit with depression.... Reason being, I had the windows rolled down in the truck, and a certain song came on that my ex and I used to LOVE. For some odd reason, I was totally reminded of her, with the song and the windows rolled down and her and I cruisin' to the beach, like the good ole' days.... Gahhhh!!!!!!!! fucking tren!!!!! Took quite a long time to get back to my "happy place", but damnit, i did! I will say, I REALLY love the strength gains the tren has given me.....But once again, I am must ask myself.... is the reward worth the risk? I mean, christ, I get these bouts of depression at least once a day...... TBH, I would almost rather be raging, then depressed.... Oh yeh, that brings me to the other part...... the rage.... ughhhh..... I swear, my fuse must be SUPER SHORT, because I find myself flippin' out CONSTANTLY........ Granted, I always catch myself before I do something "stupid" but still..... ITS ANNOYING!!!!
Anyways, enough of the "ranting"... Time for my ass to go to sleep! (hopefully no night sweats)

I love the daily rants. I'm on my first run of tren A 125mg EOD, no night sweats for me, just hard to sleep, but that's normal for me. Only got slight cough once. Are you running anything for prolactin caber or prami etc? That might help with the mood swings.
