Today was overall a shitty fuckin' day. Seemed everything pissed me off or put me in a really bad mood. I was picking up togo dinner for my roommate....while standing at the bar waiting for it to be ready, this asshole standing next to me lets out a HUGE belch and proceeds to blow the air directly in my face. (he was shitfaced). surprisingly enough, I held my cool for the most part. The bartenderette told me I resembled a coke bottle that had been excessively shaken and just waiting to open. lol. Owell, on to the next day. nothing really worthy of writing.

This log really wants to make me try tren, but I still got a ways to go.
Anyways interesting log, and the rants are funny as hell. The littlest things irritate me when Im on cycle too lol. Guess I better stay out of the bars when I try tren.

good progress man. Hey I notice how fast you hit the cardio. 2 miles in less than 12 minutes is crazy to me. You think Tren helped your cardiovascular endurance and has made you faster even with the weight gain?
When Im on cycle im like a fucking wounded elk trying to do cardio. I get winded quick, and the added weight gives me killer shin splints.

actually, the tren has made my endurance turn to shit. I just overcome it and keep pushing. Running is the only thing i can do that takes my mind off of EVERYTHING. Running is my "release". if that makes sense?

Well, it seems that as the days progress, my overall attitude towards people worsens. I TRY to keep myself in check, but I often find myself snapping off a smart ass comment. Was invited out last night to a VIP party at one of the posh nightclubs. Had a great time drinking my soda water and lime UNTIL some drunk decides to go through me to get to the bathroom. I didn't even see it coming. Slammed me into the corner piece of a wall and punctured my back. bled ALL over my brand new fucking V neck that I JUST BOUGHT. Before I could kill the fucker, security had him stuffed to the ground. They offered to buy me a bottle, but goddamn it, I wasn't drinking. FUCCCCCCCCCCCK. I was introduced to a girl who I call "Miss Tennessee", (shes from tennessee). Went back to the house with her and got messin' around. Then her drunk friend starts to vomit (stupid college girls) and basically COCK BLOCKED ME. HOWEVER, Miss Tennessee has been blowing my phone up today so I guess I'm still in.

Once again, anger and moodiness are still present along with slight depression. Trying to keep my mind occupied on other things.
Went to a pizzeria with a good friend of mine to shoot some pool. I figured my macros wouldn't be hurt to badly if i ate a few slices of pizza. Still ended the day with macros where they needed to be.

shitty fucking night.
went to the gym and did a secondary arm workout. wanted to have a nice pump before going out.

Went over to my good friend lauren's apartment to have a little get together with her, her roommate Rachael, Rachael's boyfriend ryan(lives 2apartments over) and Ryan's roommate. Lauren and I are the 2 oldest ones there, plus, we aren't drinking. well, come about 1am, after everyone is drunk (except for lauren and I), rachael gets blackout drunk and starts yelling and screaming. long story short, she runs to ryan's apartment, locks herself in the bedroom and refuses to come out. we all head over there to get her. well, ryan's roommate out of the blue flips out and starts screaming at lauren and rachael to gtfo. finally, lauren and I get rachael out, and are walking her towards the stairs when roommate comes running out and once again, screaming GTFO! well, rachael says something back to him and he freakin' pushes lauren HARD. bout knocked her down. I jump in between them and tell him to go back inside and that he should NEVER touch a lady. (im sober, hes shittfaced), he gets in my face, tells me to GTFO and proceeds to push me. well i tell him to go inside and to not touch me (yes, i am being VERY calm, im used to dealing with drunks, im a paramedic). well, he says again, GTFO (mind u, we are already out of his apartment) and he pushes me again. Finally, i tell him, look, unless you want serious problems, take your ass back inside and goto bed cuz i sure as hell aren't turnin' my back to you, cuz i dont trust you. well with that, he takes a wild, hail mary type of swing, totally misses me.... so, i say fuck this (my blood was already boiling, and my fuse was lit), i send his way a well placed left elbow that connects right on the corner of his right eye. Im thinking to myself, yeh, hes knocked out. well no....homeboy is just standing there dazed. so i quickly plant another elbow. he fumbles down, but still not unconscious?!?!? I see him start to get up and draw back, well with that, i grab him by his head and throw him down the 2.5flights of stairs. then, i go back to lauren's apartment, grab my shit, and head home.
