Can you explain the timing of your injections with gh and slin and timing of your post workout shake and meal? I'm starting hum-r with my gh tomorrow. Theres so many different protocols I don't know what to do yet.

Sure can bro _ I take 10iu GH mon/wed/friday_ Slin I take every workout day
I train at 1:00pm every day and live about 10 mins away.
I take a preloaded syringe of 10iu Humilin with me to the gym. I load my GH into the syringe and leave it in the fridge at home.
I go to the gym and workout, I do cardio for 20 on 3 days a week so as soon as I am done my workout or workout and cardio I go to the change room jab the insulin and get changed or get my stuff together. About 5 minutes after my injection I sink my post inection drink (40g protein, 60 grams dextrose, 60g maxy maize, 5g Glutamine, 5g Creatine, 4g BCAA) sometimes I just do 120g dextrose instead of the waxy/dextrose combo.
I drive home and on arrival I take the GH as soon as I can. Slin has kicked in at this point and the synergy of the gh and the maximum release of IGF in the muscle from the high GH dose works wonders.
Now as far as meals go. Here is how I do it. If for example I take my slin injection at 2:00pm I will have my first solid meal (not the post injection shake) at 3:30 which is usually 9oz chicken breast, 2 sweet potatoes and a cup of veggies.. Around 4:30 I will have my BCAA drink and then at 5:30 - 5:45 I will have another solid meal consisting of about 100 - 120g carbs, 40-50g protein. After that I just follow my diet normally for my 3-4 other meals...

I use to take both the GH and slin at the gym but have found no noticable differences with taking the GH 20 mins after the slin shot, so I would say what ever works best for you, both right after workout or slin post workout and gh 20 mins later

No problem, and thanks man, that's what's up. Thankful my fiance is fine with me doing this and supports it as long as I'm safe. She knows I like to do things smart and safe.


As for mine, just planning on Test E initially. Exem/HCG on and Torem afterwards to see how the mice react.

Sounds like a solid first cycle 12 weeks of test E with exem at 12.5 mgs EOD and 250iu hcg twice a week followed by a solid PCT and you will grow like a weed as long as your diet is good.

Testing @ 500mg weekly correct? In any research you've done or read upon, would Tore with DAA be acceptable Post Cycle or would Clom need to be added? Ive just read a lot of bad things on Clom and was hoping Torem would be fine solo.

Im about to go Paleo with diet actually. Too many jars and crap in the fridge taking up meat, and produce space. Already I eat immensely and would even more so with the additional boost.

Not considering skimping bw either to monitor levels, during and after.
 
Definitely 500mgs/week. I would stick to tried and true compounds for the first cycle like clomid and nolva. your right though about clomid there are bad sides to it but everyone's body reacts to it different. Personally I hated it and had no issues using nolva alone when I pct'd but again I would recommend it first cycle to judge your reaction as it is as close to a sure fire combo as you can get
 
Right on sounds good. Just need to hang around for awhile to find body wash to improve my condition then I guess, as well as always reading, researching.

If I were to include and I reacted poorly to the Clomid could I drop it and just taper the Nolva longer? The worst I'd heard about Clomid was eye damage. Wouldn't that be some shit? Poor guy dies from missing a bench rack because his PCT jacked his sight up lol.. Ironic...
 
Thanks for the explanation. I decided to go with a protocol somewhat like mutant's protocol. I'm taking 4iu GH 45min pre-workout and 15 minutes later pinning 10iu of insulin. I sip on a dextrose/bcaa/glutamine shake throughout the workout and then down some cell-tech post workout. Eat a solid lean meal with protein and carbs about an hour after that. Today was the first day of that. Will see how it goes.

Rips turned out to be bunk but I got replacement kefei's. It wasn't my suppliers fault he got scammed himself and made it right with everyone. Def getting numb and achy hands from the kefei's and serum test is good.
 
Woke up today with no drive or motivation, felt like crap, head hurt and upset stomach but I scarfed down my eggs and oats and got my shit ready for the gym anyways

Weight is now hovering at 201lbs

Pull Ups - non weighted - 4 x 12reps
Cable one arm rows - 60lbs x 15 reps, 120lbs x 8 reps, 150lbs x 8 reps, 150lbs x 8 reps
TBar Rows - 90lbs x 15 reps, 275lbs x 5 reps, 225 x 8 reps, 225lbs x 8 reps
Seated Rows - 130lbs x 15 reps, 220lbs x 5 reps, 180 x 8 reps, 180 x 8 reps
Back Flyes - 2 sets of 25 with 25lb DBs

Although I felt like shit I had a pretty awesome workout but I skipped the post workout Insulin as I was not 100% well
 
Updates are a little scarce as I have been fighting a fever and feel like a mac truck drove over me and then backed up to finish the job.
Been still getting in the gym and doing what I can and diets a little off but still maintaining at 201lbs. Fluids and rest, fluids and rest has been my thing last couple days
 
Back at it full force, weight at 202lbs and feeling like a rock star. Didn't attempt to increase weight on exercises as I wanted to see how I would do after being sick.. No issues with strength and will be increasing next week. Hoping to get my weight to 204 this week.

Post Injection shake - 40g protein, 120grams carbs, 5g glutamine, 4g BCAA, 5 grams creatine
