Lat Pulldown Machine- Pullingbig & Vets!! Which One???

Personally I would like to try out any equipment before I bought it. Go to a fitness store and see if they have any of these in their store for you to try.

Also, why not just do chins and pull ups. A chin bar is a lot cheaper than a whole lat pull down station.

we built one of those one time inmy friends barn. bought some pulleys and cable and before you knw it we had it rigged (rednecked) up.

check with gyms going out of business or buying new equiment. sometimes you can get a great deal. a friend of mine gt a niice smith machine for 100 bucks. that thing was 2200 new.

but if i had to pick one i would pick the one that comes with the blonde. she gotta plump behind. mmmmmm mmmmmmm gooooodddd

Guys, I already have a chin up attachment on my power rack and it does get used QUITE alot.:D For varieties sake and a more well rounded program, I want to add the Lat PD machine.
