Will be stacking these two items along with the rest of my Smolder. Looking to drop some more weight before summer ends. I've used Lecheek products before and have had excellent results.
 
Bro day two and I thought some one hook me to an electric fence. I was bouncing and had this jacked feeling all freaking day. All I know is it is strong as heck.
 
Chest:

pec/deck: 125lbs x 10,10

incline barbell presses: 135lbs x 10, 185lbs x 6, 205lbs x 5, 225lbs x 4

smith machine flat bench press: 95lbs x 10,10,10 felt really good at this weight no shoulder pain but will leave it at that weight for a while

incline db presses: 40lbs x 10,10,10

flat db flyes: 20lbs x 10,10,10
 
Today hit up some biceps at the house! I have enough there to do what I needed, and had the oldest son's orientation for 5th grade.

Biceps:

straight bar curls: 45lbs x 12,12,12

db standing alt curls 40lbs x 10,10,10

db concentration curls: 30lbs x 10,10,10

hammer curls: 35lbs x 12,12,12
 
The energy from this combo is crazy. I'm talking straight speed. Today hit up some shoulders with lil calves.

Shoulders:

reverse pec deck: 100lbs x 10,10,10

lat machine pulldowns: 120lbs x 12,12,12

calves:

standing calf raises: 90lbs x 15,12,10

leg press calf pushes: 6 plates to failure for 3 sets
 
Goodnight man I took my Oxy Eca Black at church then went to eat lunch with family. Came home to change and went with Mrs. Hulk to gym. I felt really good and standing in front of the mirrors doing hammer curls my forearms were popping veins!!!! Love it

Well man getting use to my new job! I left the Army depot I'd been working at and started Homeland Security. I am basically a first responder lol. I go by training support team specialist but if any student or co worker goes down I'll have to respond. We work some crazy but sweet hrs. If we have students we work 5:30am to 1:30noon with 3 groups or less 3 or more 6:30 to 2:30 love those days! No students we go 730 to 430. Lot more time to hit the gym.

Today worked out tri and I was on fire killing dem tri's. I didn't even want to leave the gym!!

Triceps:

machine dips: 90lbs x 15,15,15

v bar press downs: 100lbs x 15,15,15,

reverse high pull curls: 100lbs x 12, 90lbs x 12,12

close grip bench smith machine: 135lbs x 10, 185lbs x 8,6

rope press downs: 110lbs x 12, 100lbs x 10,10

Man felt horrible today just flat out tired. Took me some oxy to boost me and thank goodness I keep it on me. Smolder almost done with the bottle however i plan on getting some more it's that good. I'm still spliting up the doses and may have to take half the oxy, I just get way to wired up. I mean I haven't anything this strong in a while. I hit some shoulder today and still keeping my reps high.

Shoulders:

standing barbell over head presses: 65lbs x 10,10,10 Note new to me. I've done the seated version yearrrrrs ago

Energy is still amazing and I started stacking my H2 with Craze and I think I could have went 24 hr working out. Felt really good, and my flat bench on smith machine are starting to allow my shoulder to feel no pain!!

Chest:

Church in the morning took Oxy eca and got to learn not to do this on Sundays. Sitting in the church with my legs a boucning lol. Then off to eat lunch with fam and went to gym for leg day. I haven't trained legs in 8 weeks since I twisted my left knee in a softball tourney and was told to lay off it. Dr. said nothing serious just had inflamed a sac under knee cap. I've had no pain for a while so it was time to hit them up again.

Legs:

leg presses: 4 plates x 10,10,10

leg ext: 105lbs x 12,12,12

lying leg curls: 80lbs x 10,10,10

body lunges: three sets of walking back and forth as one set each.
 
Today was ok day at work just slow, and trying to learn all this ****. I swear it's like being in college. I took Oxy eca early, then hit my h2 before gym. I sweat a ton off H2. I hit up some back today. I'm needing to find something for soreness!! I take bcaa's but man latley I've been sore all over my joints.

Back:

Short easy day at work today!! Long weekend too for the Holiday thank goodnesssss! I've been sore as hell latley. I went with Mrs. Hulk to late night gym run. I hit up chest and tri's! The pump was wicked good and my strength in the smith flat is getting back up. Also I did a few exercises with a good buddy of mine that was there. He had me doing cable crossovers both at high and mid way and I have to say I like these more then the pec deck!

Chest:

Smith machine flat bench: 95lbs x 12, 135lbs x 12, 185lbs x 10, 205lbs x 6 no shoulder pain!!!!

incline db presses: 40lbs x 12, 50lbs x 10,10

high cable flyes: 40lbs x 12,12 did these like my bud said by holding at the front part for 2 second pause then also at the back point

mid cable flyes: 50lbs x 10,10,10 ouch!!

Incline barbell presses: 135lbs x 10, 185lbs x 8, 205lbs x 6, 225lbs x 4

Today I hit up shoulders and the pumps are coming on strong. Endurance slowly getting a lil better too.

Man i brought a friend of mine to gym today so he and his wife can look into joining. Works for us so our wife's can do what they want and we can get our smashing weights bashing on! I tried not to go to hard on him today, but I did push myself having him there help. Hit chest and tri's up.

The fact that you stack it with Craze blows my mind LOL. The only thing I don't like about the formula is the Y, I don't mind alpha y but y crashes me hard.
