legs so sore I cant bend down

Looking for some input 2 days ago I worked my legs really hard doing the 1/5 squat method lol j.k but seriously I worked them hard and my hams are so sore it hurts to try and stretch them. I just wanna know if u guys workem like that too or am I overdoing it?
 
I don't think you're overdoing it. I feel like that when I haven't worked out my legs in a few weeks. You should be fine, just try to stretch them out often throughout the day.
 
I work them at least once a wee but dam those 1/5ths are a killer I guess that what I got to do to get results lmao!
This time I did a shit load more reps of different things and I got really sore
 
lack of sleep or malnutrition can make you feel more sore (because you didn't recover as well)
I have to agree on the 1/5 squats they fkn hurt but they work! specially on smith machine ;)

Lol'd at the 1/5th squat. I feel my legs are always more sore after the second day. If you usually hit your legs once a week, you're probably looking at a sleep deficiency or malnutrition, as size_matters says. Personally, I find that my legs are less sore if I work them out lightly (real lightly) and do a few good stretches when they're really sore. Stay safe and don't injure yourself!
 
Ya I went crazy on legs cuz my strength is going up but ya my sleep last few days has not been too good I was fine yesterday but today it really kicked in
 
I went pretty crazy on legs myself today, got an exertion headache on my last rep on the leg press. Felt horrible. Waiting to see how bad my DOMS are tomorrow.

freeze your nards off, but will stop any inflammatory response and muscle soreness. cramping which is a huge issue for me, i have to drink pedialyte 2-3x a day while on.
