Lol'd at the 1/5th squat. I feel my legs are always more sore after the second day. If you usually hit your legs once a week, you're probably looking at a sleep deficiency or malnutrition, as size_matters says. Personally, I find that my legs are less sore if I work them out lightly (real lightly) and do a few good stretches when they're really sore. Stay safe and don't injure yourself!
