ive said it dozens of times , newbies only believe what they want to hear. if there scared of needles and 99 vets tell them do test only but 1 newbie says var was great then the kid will listen to the dumbass newbie because its what he wants to hear.

Mike, you're always the voice of reason--- "slow and steady wins the race." If first timers do a simple cycle with a propper PCT, allowing themselves a FULL recovery; they would come to respect these componds. I think when you start you dream of becoming Mr. O. You learn, eventually (and sometimes through mistakes), what gear can an can't to for you, and at what price. Only then are you ready to listen.
