The only reason those meals (if you call them that) are high calorie, is because they are all HIGH FAT.

I don't see anything wrong with high fat so long as the quality is good, which is not the case with any of those meals.

As long as you do daily cardio 15 to 25 minutes, twice a day, your fine. I bet by the end of the year I'll bulk it up to 215(now205) , fat+muscle=bulk fellas. But then after year on that diet at least you can see some gains on that scale, even know its 80%fat. then it would take 4 to 5 months to get down and i'll probably be around 230 around next june luly. I just need to see those gains you know. either its fat or muscle dont really give a damn, need to see scale go up.

That's a poor excuse to eat junk food.

The same can be accomplished with real food, and you'll probably gain a lot less fat and be a lot healthier, too (fat gain notwithstanding).

Save your time and money man. Think about it, by gaining fat your only inhibiting possible gains. It's harder to cut down and your metabolism will slow down. How do you expect to run as much if your getting fat? Stick with a cleaner diet. Its cheaper anyways. Tuna, eggs, and cottage cheese are all cheap. Meats are almost always on sale, so do yourself a favor and stick with the good stuff.

i've been eating good food for 10 years, all that healthy stuff is good no doubt but the food got to be tasty=good digestion, plus you feel so fucken good after a good hamburger. One advantage I found is that I dont have to consume ungodly amout of healthy food, its extremely hard to eat until you reach 5000 calories with healthy food. I am not saying you should stop eating healthy no eat in small doses . Like before going to bed. All those protein or mega shit pouders shakes(mostly GNC crap) made me sick for nearly 10 year, no thanks, I am planning YES to get fat during this and next year probably till I reach 260 . And I know that this diet will work for my ass no matter what. Sorry just sick and tire making 2-3 pounds a year, fuck that , just tired

Tastey does NOT equal good digestion. A donut is tastey but it's not good for your digestive system with all the trans fats, hydrogenated vegetable fats, white flour, soy, sugar, etc.

5000 calories is not that much. Just stretch your stomach and eat real food.

you know I hear so many topics and articles, "dont do that , do this"- usually the "joe weider get in shape program" like its fucken fitness I am shooting for? I am not looking to be fit , I am going to EXtREaM just like bodybuilding should be, You know I reather be fat and get cHolestorol shooting through the roof than be on roids like I was for nearly a year with bad liver afterwards. So I'm bodybuilding EXtream not Fitness body like you see on all the mags, fuck em after a year on this I'll get down but the gains gona be there in front of me hehee..

Like I said, real foods you'll gain less fat and possibly more muscle. If health is no concern, then ok, but I dunno what to say. You won't be very extreme if your poor diet habits catch up with you down the road. Not to mention you're more likely to get sick with a poor diet, and it's hard to make or keep any gains if you get sick. Some people get sick and lose a lot of muscle. If you want to risk that then ok. I've been eating healthy and haven't been sick in well over a year, and I've been exposed to sick people all over. I simply think losing gains to an illness is totally unacceptable.

illness???? why illness , you sound like those god damn doctors .
You know my time is now! I've spent nearly 10 years on bodybuilding and all I got is 2-3 poor pounds a year. In 5 years I'll be 30( shit fucken old bastard). So cut it short I got to try something else even know 95% people would be against this diet. I just want to see that scale go up, seriously I am just getting old i guess.. wish me luck

Yes, illness. It's a reality. Crappy food puts more stress on the budy and does not supply the needed nutrients. Not to mention it's likely to screw up your intestinal flora. Your intestines are 60% of your immune system! Add to that the stress and lack of nutrients and the rest of it is compromised as well.

But it's your choice. I don't see why you'd do it when it can be done fine with real food. But agian, it's your choice.

but hey that scale sure gona go up quick...lol ..can't wait...what a relief! To me bodybuilding is about growing not dieting(deprivation)

Man if you only gained 2-3 pounds per year your diet must have sucked badly. Don't take it as a personal attack, but science alone says you can gain up to 5 pounds a month. Stop tyhinking about eating junk food and work on your diet. You seriously need to straighten it out.

I can kind of see where he's coming from. I've made a ridiculous amount of progress since I started working out last Feb. I went from 160 to 205 from Feb 2003 to August 2003, which was extremely hard to do since i have a very fast metabolism. I recently cut (which was incredibly easy due to my metabolism, maybe too easy since I cut too quickly) and I'm at a lean 180lbs @ 5'10".

My bench was 115lbs last year, now it's around 285 (275 a little while ago, havne't tried maxing since). My I was squatting maybe 115 lbs for reps before, now I'm doing 275 for reps. I could barely get 5 bodyweight chinups before, yesterday I hit 6 reps with a 55 lb dumbell between my legs. I've got stretch marks all over my arms, even down to my forarms from how much they grew (no stretch marks on the waist though). I did this all naturally, the only supps I used are protien and fish oil, and an EC stack while cutting. I tried a little creatine but I couldn't really tell a difference

And I did all of this by eating a LOT of crap, becuase I couldn't stomach the quantity of clean food I would need to get in the required cals. Weightgainers are full of shit anyways, so I figured a few burgers, chicken nuggets and tacos aren't going to kill me. I know it's not the healthiest way, but I would definitely not have been even close to the level I'm at now if I hadn't just gone all out with the junk food

I started bulking again recently, and I'm trying to eat cleaner and cleaner as I learn more and more about nutrition. But I still need to eat a little junk here and there due to time constraints or simply being too full to eat any more clean food. Hopefully I will reach the point where I can bulk completely cleanly, but for now, a little bit of junk food (along with the calories it provides) is definitely working wonders for me

What the hell is wrong with everyone? Why do you think it's so damn hard to get the calories you need with whole foods? I'm 24yrs old, 5'10 and 195lbs. I eat 5000-6000 CLEAN calories a day, no problem. Hell, if you drink whole milk with your meals, just 4 cups a meal (24cups total), you have over 3500 cals right there. Add in 12 eggs split throughout the day (I use hardboiled), you have another 930 cals. Add in a pound of beef (ground if you're a penny pincher) and you have another 1000 cals or so. A couple of cans of tuna (6 oz each) gives you 360cals. Let's add, 3500+930+1000+360=5790cals. CLEAN!!! Not to mention thats 434g of protein. Come on people, stop bitching and start eating!

Ok, so the scale goes up. You get fat. Thats great. Then, when it's time to cut the fat off, you are left with nothing more than what you had in the first place. I don't believe that you've been bodybuilding for 10 years. That would mean that you started at 15. You wouldn't have been fully grown yet. At 15, it would almost be impossible to gain only 2-3 pounds a year. Why are you trying to justify a diet that is full of shit? If you want to eat like that, just do it. But don't try to justify it by saying that bodybuilding is about growing, not starving. I eat all day long. By NO MEANS do I come anywhere NEAR starvation. You even said yourself that you were tired of eating all that healthy food.....that it was so hard to get enough calories from the healthy food. Bullshit. Just eat the junk shit and get fat. Try to lose it later on. You'll regret your diet sooner or later. Good luck bro. You're gonna need it.
