Let me get this straight, you've been working out and paying attention to your diet for TEN years, and in that time, you were only able to work up to a 170 bench? Please tell me you're doing sets of 20 reps.

It's a medical miracle!! Fast food rids allergies, increases brain function, and helps with joint health! We should all start eating McDonald's and Wendy's every day.......for good health!!

I guess it's been carrots and celery creating obese people, not triple cheesburgers with supersized fries and a biggie coke. Go figure. We've had it wrong all this time.
