Med Tech Solutions Trestolone w/ a bit of Test e

Incline hammer presses, nice! Dont see too many guys doin that. We have a machine at the gym I train at. Its a military hammer press. Unreal for front delts.

Glad you see you back in the grove China brother.

I really like the incline hammer... just load it up and push

back and some traps later today... been a few Brazilian ladies at my gym lately, that combined with the gear is more than enough to get me through a workout ;)

good workout last night (back/traps), but might have over done it... was feeling worn out the whole day, but still decided to hit the scheduled workout. Got through it ok, but felt a bit dizzy after. This morning had some stomach issues return, and from experience I know that happens when I'm just overworked.

Rest day today, then tomorrow (Saturday) I'll be back at it for tris/bis... besides the stomach feeling like utter crap, I'm still looking damn good for 41 years old :)

feeling better today, I think it was just being overworked... but the rest day yesterday helped a lot

today I hit the gym early afternoon for tris/bis:

rope pushdowns superset w/ ez-bar curls
dip machine superset w/ machine preacher curls
incline ez-bar overhead extensions superset w/ dumbbell hammer curls
one arm reverse cable pushdowns superset w/ one arm high cable concentration curls

was only about 45min, but arms were good and done

legs tomorrow

Whats the food selection like over there dude? That might sound like an ignorant question but I have never been there and know little about it. Do they have typical north American types of food in the grocery stores or is is mostly food of their culture?

yeah, food-wise I can get just about anything at Walmart or local grocery stores. I've been eating mostly chicken, the price is right and I can just steam a whole chicken, rip the meat off and down it. I eat some beef, eggs as well... and have skim milk that I mix half/half with water to make my protein shakes (and a spoon of pb).

so it's all good... but seems I'm getting leaner week to week and that is mainly due to walking everywhere. Back home we don't realize how much we drive. Now I don't drive at all so always on the move. I'm down to just over 220, but look as good as I ever have. Really starting to enjoy this again :)

nice one-hour leg destruction last night...

leg extensions x 25 reps (warmup)
seated leg curls x 25 reps (warmup)
barbell squats (last three sets, 285 x 8, to the ground)
leg extensions
seated leg curls
smith machine calf raises
bodyweight squats x 25 reps

lots of stretching between sets, don't feel too sore yet, but I'm sure it'll come this afternoon

rest today... chest/shoulders tomorrow night

looking forward to another night at the iron church this evening...

yesterday I realized that I'm feeling a sort of aggression I've never felt over the 20+ years of doing what we do, and the only thing I can attribute to that would be the trestolone or methyltren as those are the only two compounds I've never ran before, but are in the mix this go-around

let's how it goes tonight...

got through a good one last night, was chest and some shoulders to finish...

incline dumbbell presses
flat smith presses (angled smith so a slight decline angle, supposedly Dorian liked these)
incline hammer presses
fly machine
dumbbell laterals
smith shoulder presses
front raises

vascularity is becoming impressive while training... rest day today, back tomorrow night

I've amped up the diet over the last few days, eating every 3 hours... I'm definitely way better off than the average 41 year old haha

back/traps tonight

decent session last night, trained at a friend's gym... so was a new environment and I was more than a bit distracted by on the female trainers, hamstrings and ass to die for... oh well, guess I'll be training there more often :)

yesterday was an arm assault:

rope pushdowns
incline skull crushers
close grip barbell presses
v-bar push downs

seated dumbbell curls
standing ez-bar curls
dumbbell hammer curls
hanging arm concentration curls

finisher:
standing ez-bar curls x 20 reps superset w/ rope pushdowns x 25 reps

yesterday as the day went on my left ass cheek became sorer and sorer... thought I may have a slight tear or pull due to walking everywhere yesterday and not being hydrated enough. Today was a bit better and did a decent leg workout with little to no pain in the ass area.

Did a very simple leg session today, but I think I managed a good one...

Leg presses (hadn't been on a decent leg press in a few months, so just stayed there and pressed out 10 sets)
calf extensions on the leg press x 5 sets
bodyweight squats, 3 sets x 25 reps

the discomfort in the glute area seemed to almost disappear mid workout, but tonight at dinner after sitting down for a few minutes, I was nearly disabled in trying to walk the length of the living room to the kitchen. Let's hope it gets a bit better over the next few days, so I don't have to venture to a Chinese hospital (never a pleasant experience)

rest day tomorrow (Monday), then I'll be attacking chest/shoulders on Tuesday evening

just ordered a few vials of shredded. is it good?

good? it's a great product.. it's what I'm running right now. I take 2ml of shredded + .5ml of test e EOD

shredded is a great addition to an arsenal of training and nutrition... have fun with it

my leg soreness is as good as gone today... looking forward to a good "stretch and squeeze" chest session tonight, followed by a couple shoulder movements to finish
