messed up!!!

I really need your help. I don't even know where to start. Basically I have messed with T3, clenbuterol and the ECA stac k and now none of these work effectively for me and I just continue to gain more and more. I am at my heaviest yet at 132 and only 5'1!!! I train 5 -6 days a week wiith both cardio and weights and used to do triathlons etc....so I think I am pretty fit but nothing is working short of starving myself.

The big scoop here is I am getting married on New Years eve and I don't think I will even be fitting into my dress - I will look like a rolled and stuffed sausage.

I don't know how to fix this. Have I messed myself up for good? Do you have any suggestions? I am extremely freaked

The crazy canuck:rolleyes:

first things first.. I dont have experience/knowledge on T3 or clen but the other ladies can help you for sure.

are u weight training any?
and we need a smaple diet to see what, how much and when your eating! we can work from there hun!
do not despair :)

I would get a blood test stat, and check your thyroid and overall hormonal levels. You may have become hypo-thyroid, or may be suffering from severe adrenal fatigue. Where in Canada are you from? Maybe I can recomend a good physician for you.

Thanks for replying.....I so need your help...first off I am training weights and cardio...I am following the Hard body routine from Fitness RX. It gives me 2 days off a week and I get weights and cardio and sprints in as well. My diet includes Egg whites, lean cuts of meats, protien shakes, veggies and only complex carbs (such as yams, brown rice etc) I just put them back in my diet because I was getting slim to no results with no carbs (only veggies allowed). I drink skim milk, lowfat yogurts and If i eat bread it is the low carb stuff with peanut butter.

I eat after my cardio which I do on an empty stomach if i can depending on my schedule. i then basically graze through the whole day never really eating a "meal".

I have also been taking Adrena+ and DHEA because of my belief that my adrenal glands are burnt out. I have overused and misused and am too afraid to go to my Doctor.....he is very judgemental and well, I just CAN'T. If someone can recommend me a Doctor in the Vancouver, BC area that would be absolutely fantastic.....I really want to be able to get healthy again. I feel:eek:

PS

good point re hormone levels as well because I have absolutely NO sex drive to speak of which is why I am supplementing the DHEA.

Enzamtic therapy makes 2 very good adrenal products. If need be, you can call them, and they will help you choose which product is best for you. I have to check, but I believe Mauro DiPasquale may be in your area. Let me see what I can find out.

I would definitely also agree to get some blood work done.

Canuck, you said you've messed around with T-3, Clen and the ECA stack. How long have you been using it and what dosages were you running? Did you come off of the T-3 just recently? Sorry for all the questions, but the more we know, the more we can help.

Thanks for all the info hun. Can u do me a favor please. Post your diet as you would eat throughout the day example: Meal 1...........
Meal2........
If we know more details, we can make changes for you as they are needed. Grazing means different things to different people, so that's why I'm asking u to list the foods as they are eaten. I know it sounds silly, but it would be very helpful. Thanks hun.;)

Using T3 could have possilby affected your thyroid glands, even a slight temporarly imbalance could possibly cause you to gain weight. Blood work will tell. Just making an educated guess here.

How Do I get blood work if I am too afraid to go to my doc? Will a walk in clinic do it on request....I am willing to pay? My Doc will basically fire me as a patient if he learns what I have been doing with these medications. As for how much and when EGADS that is a hard one to answer. I have handled this very haphazardly to say the least. I am a good example of what NOT to do!!!` I have been on and off these meds for 2 years now and because I was not getting results I was considering Anavar....but before you scream at me I realize this is utterly stupid considering what I have already done....I guess I am just looking for a quick fix until my weddiing and then I can address the real problem. I was hoping.
I have been on and off the ECA/NCY stack, and throid T3 for two years, mostly on. Enough so that if I don't take it and at high doses....ie. 100or more mcg T3 or 3-6 ECA I get 0 affect and actually gain weight. Clen I have done more productively....I have done 2 cycles in the last 2 years and am currently on one hoping it will have some affect. I am combining it with T3.
As for food that is also hard as it is haphazard too but here goes
Brfst after cardio: 4 egg whites, one yolk, oatmeal with skim milk and protien powder or low card toast with Peanut butter and Jam. Coffee with no fat cream.

Snack: dry roasted peanuts, fruit, water or coffee

lunch: is usually a protien such as chicken fish or steak with a salad or brown rice or yam

snack: peanuts, fruit, maybe a piece of chicken

Dinner: much like lunch, a protien, a veggie like asparagus or broccoli, or salad and brown rice, or yams.

much of the time breakfast is also a protien shake with milk and ice and frozen yogurt or I add low no fat meat to my eggs.

I do have a protien bar at times when I have a sweet tooth. I think this about covers it.
Now the BIG question is how do I at least manage this until Dec 31 when my wedding is? I need to do something short term and then I think I will be able to address this properly......I don't know......

I have tried that and all I come up with is chiropractors....will they do the same thing. Ie. order blood tests etc.?

Hey Canuck
i hate to be the bearer of bad news here, but if you have been on T3 for 2 years, it may be a strong possibility that your thyroid is suppressed and you are experiencing a rebound! Hopefully you have not done permanant damage and hopefully your thyroid will kick back in, but in all honesty, you need to bite the bullet and see a doctor!!!

You need to get your thyroid tested immediately!!! the clen and eca are not the problem here.. the T3 is the problem.. the thyroid is relatively sensitive and can in fact become dependent on external stimulation and for long periods of time you can suppress it enough that it does not kick back in on its own.. it can get to the point where you will need "professional" thyroid treatment to get your thyroid working again..

Honey, there are no quick fixes unfortunetly!!

Now go get your ass to a doctor asap!!!

Canuck,
I tend to agree with the others, and what Supergirl has just said. 100mcg of T3 is a LOT.
You need:
Chemistry panel, serum iron and ferritin
thyroid panel (and not just T4 and TSH, I'd suggest free T3 and T4)
24 hour urine for cortisol and its metabolites (the best way to assess adrenal function: done by AAL in California)
CBC (blood count)
DHEA-S, female hormone panel (E2, progesterone, free and total/bioavailable testosterone, FSH/LH)

That should get ya started. Sorry about the impending wedding blues, but no quick fixes here!
Leaving town in five minutes, back Fri nite, PM me if you have ??'s. I don't get on the women's board much ;-)
