you've got to be joking! you have BARELY grasped the concept of a clean diet (i noticed you equate french toast with post workout dextrose) and now you're going to mess with T3?! come on dude! if you'd take a second and absorb the information that atherjen and others have taken their time to provide for you, you would see what a proper diet and training can do for the body. T3 is not only a cop out, but it's completely a waste of your time because it is extremely catabolic, esp w/o aas, which you don't sound knowledgable enough for as it is. most competitors ONLY use T3 when close to CONTEST form. catch my drift? stop looking for an easy way out.
