midget 1st cycle Test and dbol

end of week 2 im over 150lbs my strenth has gone up last week i was having som huge sleep problems and a bit of a fever they are both over i am happy to say

my nipples feel a bit puffy and feel pretty sensative
but i am surprised because i dont really feel bloated from the dbol on such a high dose
 
153lbs my messurements have gone up as well as my strenth

i no longer have pain when i inject which im really happy about
 
today is last day of d-bol :(

yesterday i did arms stepped my workout up a notch because i have better rocvery time and i must say i have never ever felt a bigger pump i could barley touch the buttom of my ears i got 7 reps of 180lbs for pulldowns big improvement

great workout :)
 
chest and tries

what a great workout my bench is now 215lbs for 6 reps every excersise has gone up my trie workouts i added 5-10lbs and was able to do even more reps

weight is 157lbs i believe i could get to 180lbs off this cycle (37lbs gain)
 
156.2 wtf :redhot: i dont know how i lost 0.8lbs

ive added atleast 600cals the last 2 days so im guessing its because of the dbol im not gaining so much if thats not it i have no clue i did have diarrea today if that explains the .8lbs loss then i didnt gain anything the last 2 days


legs today i went heavy i did 325lbs dl but after the second rep my grip failed completely

im gonna add more cals to my diet and even more carbs and protein

so far legs have gone up .5" arms have gone up .75" waist is kinda the same havent messured anything else
 
the last days ive just been eating have paid off 161.8lbs

arms and back
did 180lbs for pulldowns managed to get 10 reps

for hammer curls i jumped up to 50's 7reps
good workout 2day :)
 
some side effects

im getting a bit more harrier around the stomach area not the only one to notice

my waist size is going up im at around a 34" waist after cycle im gonna try to get that down to a 32-33 my stomach looks pretty fat at times and bloated i hate that look
 
the bloating is the dbol. You should really drop the dbol and just use the Test. You are only setting yourself up for future problems using that high a dose of dbol.
You should go with low doses for your first cycle. That way you can continue to grow with low doses safely in the future.
Also, don't want to burst your bubble, but as soon as you come off this cycle you will lose most of the weight you have gained due to the fact that you are mainly only holding water in your muscles.
Why don't people read! It must have been said about 1000 times on here that first cycles should only ever be low dose test.

ummm im not on dbol anymore so i dont know what your talking about and that is your opinion on running low dosages in the future as for im going to lose all my gains because its just water ill make sure to rub it in your face when i dont

im kinda bounceing back between 160lbs and 162lbs

my reps went up a bit it was hard to do tries because my right arm is swolen from a delt injection and some of the oil went down to my bie
 
Hi can you possible know that your not going to lose all the weight? This is your first cycle. You have just ran high doses of dbol and gained a shit load of weight in no time at all. Do you really think that the gain is muscle and not water? If so you are deluding yourself. As for it being just my opinion, it isn't at all. While it is my opinion, it is also the opinion of most of the people on here and numerous other forums. I may have only a few posts on here, but I have used gear for 7 years and floated in out of these forums for the past 8 years. If you read the sticky's regarding newbies etc... you will how many people including moderators advise to use only low dose test for your first cycle.
Whilst i'm no expert, I know that when you gain rapid mass using high dose dbol, you lose it when you come off period. You won't return to your original size but you certainly won't look anything like you do now in 6 months time unless you continue to use gear. I seriously doubt you'll be rubbing anything in anyones face, instead you'll be asking questions on here about how come you've lost all your weight and what can you do about it. and why is my back covered in acne etc...

how do I know? Its common sense and common knowledge to anyone who has done more than a handful of cycles or to anyone who simply bothers to read any of the information on these forums.
When you take shit loads of a massive androgen (like dbol) and blow up like fuck in a few weeks, then the weight gained is nothing more than water retention. When you come off the gear, the water retention dissapates and so you lose the weight. Is that simple enough for you or do you need it breaking down any easier you ignorant retard.
As for your last comment "and as i said wait and see and stay the fuck out of my face and stfu" - hahahaha whatever, i don't need to wait to and see anything as i couldn't really give a fuck and besides, I already know exactly what will happen.

not really to post today for my back bie workout i wasnt in that great of a lifting mood found out some bad news to i decided to do a bb workout mostly change in reps and sets for hammer curls i got 50lbs db's for 9 reps maybe in a week or 2 i will boost it up to 55lbs
 
people should listen to the experienced on here,300 to 400mg of test is enough for 1st cycle and if you insist to do the dbol then no more than 20mg a day.
