This may sound silly. I had a bit of a headache last night and this am. I remembered I hadnt had a good bowel movement in 2 days..took a colace and I exploded..lol. headache mmediately dissipated

Funny today was first day I had a headache in almost week.I don't know if its a rise in blood pressure or what.I run test forever bro (trt) I think I doubted the strength of black extreme and thought would be underdosed but I feel strongand good.I wish I had two bottles run it longer but since I'm taking three days it will only be a little over three week cycle.

I went to the chiropractor yesterday got adjusted and my lower back has been killing me last two days.Its almost feels like lower back pumps but been coming in spasms.I had to leave gym after a half ass shoulder workout when pain became to much.I'm going to try to find some taurine tomorrow if I wake up and its still there

19 days on cycle and 5 more to go.Back pumps have been crippling still but I forced out few workouts.I used taurine 3 grams with little help.I'm starting to think may be a pinched nerve because weird it just came on all of a sudden.Anyway looking forward to dropping this oral.
