When I use taurine, I use a minimum of 5g and would definitely go higher like Rick mentioned.

I'd increase Taurine up to 6-10g. That should help more with back pumps

This. I found that I had to run my taurine up closer to 10g-12g before I saw any relief from cramps and back pumps

Pct is non existent I cruise all year long.Since cycle I lost 2lbs a little strength and feel much better.Lower back pumps stopped as soon as the product was discontinued.Overall a good stack don't doubt it's potency that's for sure. Thanks for the chance to log this product.
