Hello, I've been on TRT for 1 year now started with levels of 2.9 or tt 90 I went to my endo and straight away she started me on 5g daily sachets.
Life was brilliant I had a blood test 6 weeks in and test come back at 30! or 800 tt never felt better.
3 months later started to get a little worse went in and levels come back at (15-440tt) then 6 weeks later 11(350tt) then another 6 weeks (9-250tt)
Had an appointment yesterday and she said 250-400 is normal range even tho I feel almost as bad as before I started. (no libido, energy, depressed, recovery is terrible)
anyhow DR said she will see me in 6 months but as you might have guessed I'm thinking of self prescribing TRT * its legal I'm from the uk *

I was thinking maybe 100mg cypionate per week.

My body stats are

6ft2 - 200lb - 12-15% bf (age 22) eat healthy

Any help would be really appreciated :)

Have your doc switch you over to injections. They work much better. You can get sustanon or Nebido prescribed in the UK.

Make sure you monitor your E2 and get a prescription for hCG. Tell the doc you want to be able to have kids so maintaining testicular function while on TRT is crucial.

Sounds like you may need to educate your doc. Go on prepared with facts and studies.

100mg per week is a pretty low dosage, our doctors like 100mg every 5 days the best.

The creams do work, you just need the 20% cream.

UPDATE!

Had blood test this week, It's 3.0 nmol/l or 85 ng/nl CURRENT trt is 5g daily how come my t levels are so low even with trt? :(

I'm using testogel 50mg aday - my testosterone levels are 3.0 mnol/l or 90 ng/dl my endo seems to think it's not a concern any advice? life is really fucking stressful this has been going on for 6 months

Yes- got off the cream and start injections of cypionate. With your bf and stature start at 175-200mg a week and make sure to pull bloods to see where you are around 12 week mark. Keep BF under or around 15%. Watch the big 5 components as most state

Usually there is a sharp increase with gels and predisposition of levels flattening out to declination over a period of time. Injecting exogenous test would be a good start.

I researched the crap out of various forms of testoserone. Injected test is tried and true. Sub-q is easy. Clinical trials for FDA approval have nothing on the decades of injectable test.

Anastazole has been studied and used in men. She may be right in it's original marketing was breast cancer bit it's use in men is not new or ground breaking. My VA endo was going to prescribe Nolva or Clomid for nipplesoreness/gyno.

There is a rejection of TRT findings like it's bro-science of the least quality. I don't know why except cognitive dissonance and indoctrination from institutionalized medicine. "Well the textbook says blah blah blah." basically.
